Can't recommend this branch enough. Brandy Cloward and the team have always gone above and beyond to take care of me.

RUN. Just run to another bank. I will spare the details but take your banking needs somewhere else.

Skip this branch. The other branch on El Camino Real Encinitas will actually help you and treat you kindly. I’ve been to this location (near Target) several times and each time is worse. Today the teller was more concerned about his car window being repaired in the parking lot than actually helping customers. Always in a foul mood.

I received and had one of the best customer services experience in my banking encounters! My bank provided great customer service, shared the direction of how the bank wants to improve our customer experience and helped me even when it was not a part of her duty. We even discussed the pictures on the walls depicting the history of our community. She helped me and saved me time! It was a very comfortable interaction.

On a mission to review all the US Bank branches I’ve used. Lisa, Sean and team were super helpful. Plus, the green carpet gives old school golf clubhouse vibes.

Well I should have read the reviews and saved my self a trip and a huge, week-long headache. While the account I needed to open was opened, a lot of the extras I needed for my business account were not included or just done wrong. Since the appointment, I have had to speak with 5 different representatives over the phone to fix the mistakes made by Mr. O'Connell. I would not recommend in person banking at this branch.

Absolutely terrible branch. Walked in yesterday and while waiting for a teller to be available, I overheard how one teller was speaking to his customer who happened to be an elderly woman who he kept berating because she didn’t understand what he was saying. Then after she left, he started telling another teller how annoying she was and he should’ve called her son because she was “throwing a tantrum”. Mind you, I never heard the lady say one thing, just this teller yelling at her for not understanding what he was saying. Then once I got helped they were of no assistance and just told me to call the customer service number for the information I was looking for.Terrible employees, terrible branch. Will be leaving US Bank because of this branch.

We made a cash withdrawal and four days later Michael, the Branch Manager contacted us to ask if he had accidentally given us an additional $100. It was absolutely appalling for our family to receive a phone call regarding missing money from such a respected company. To behave in such a manner was quite disappointing to say the least. As customers at this branch and being Asian we were quite disappointed to have been treated this way during the pandemic. We felt as though we were being singled out. We were put in a position that was extremely uncomfortable. It's poor representation for US Bank to allow a Branch Manager to put us in this type of position. We felt as if we've been accused of holding onto money that wasn't ours. It was absolutely unprofessional to receive this phone call and to find out that he had realized that they were short $100 four days later. You would think that they would have learned their mistake the day of. A situation like this should be handled much differently.

This rating applies only to Michael Juarez, the Branch Manager at this U.S. Bank location. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to guide his inept Corporate credit card department, over a THREE HOUR visit of mine, to simply effect a "balance transfer." He was fighting for his customer the whole way through, and got the job done! Kudos to him! Including this ludicrous 3 hour visit, I spent a total of SIX hours on this and was forced to speak to over TWENTY (20!) different people who were ill-trained and lacked basic communication skills. I was unceremoniously dropped at least FOUR times in this bizarre trip to the Twilight Zone! And, I've been a customer of U.S. Bank for over 14 years! They need Six-Sigma help badly there. These people treated their own senior Branch Manager with 22 years of experience at the bank like he was a toad who just wandered into the Branch Manager's office! Thanks to Michael, we finally got the job done!

I can see why the reviews are terrible. This branch is filled with the laziest workers I've ever encountered at any bank. Add to that they lack any empathy at all. What an incredibly frustrating and time consuming experience. Truly disappointed in US Bank and seriously considering closing my accounts.

What a bummer. I wouldn't refinance your home here. They led me on for over 4 months no lie. They should have told me from the beginning an air b n b does not count as Income. I could not qualify for a low interest rate from the beginning. They kept on leading me on and on. Till they said we can't do it. And it was important that I do this do to debt I had. Total fiasco. I was even born on the same day as the professional Leann and still was led on.

Worst customer service ever. US Bank just raises fees, but does not help their customers at all. Time to find a new bank.

I actually live in NYC, but have been banking with US Bank since I can remember, as I grew up in CA. Today I initiated a very important wire to the bank I use in NYC, and there was an issue with receiving the wire on the NYC bank's end and Mike Juarez who manages this branch was so over the top helpful, I have never experienced banking customer service like this in my life. I called him to say it hadn't been received after several hours and said it might take a little time. He followed up on his own accord when the transfer still hadn't hit and had gone out of his way to check with their wiring department and spent a good 45 minutes over numerous 3 way phone calls to resolve the issue with the NYC bank's branch. When we were told that their wiring department was closed and we needed to call back tomorrow, Mike had said that he will call me as soon as he gets into the office. Luckily for me, the transfer hit AFTER the bank closed (for god knows what reason). I'm happy to not have to go through any additional steps to track down my money, but I am so grateful to Mike for taking the initiative to provide exceptional service. This is why on the other side of the continent I still continue to bank with US Bank.
