I had an amazing experience at Pharmaca 28 in Solana Beach. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and the staff really know their stuff when it comes to kratom and kava. I tried a few different kratom blends, and each one had a clean, smooth feel that made it easy to unwind. Their kava options were just as impressive—fresh, calming, and clearly high-quality.
What I loved most was how welcoming the environment felt. It’s the perfect spot to chill, socialize, or just reset after a long day. Whether you’re new to kratom or a regular kava drinker, this place makes everything feel approachable. I’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy more kratom and kava soon!”

This pharmacy is a bit out of my way, but it is worth the extra drive time because of the excellent service received. “I just left a few minutes ago, but I didn’t want to wait to write this review. This store is AMAZING! I’ve never felt so comfortable and immediately trusting that the staff knew their stuff 100/100.
I forgot to get his name but the guy working April 6th at approximately 10:45am, was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. He was great with my 2 year old son, who, inevitably wanted to run around and made sure I wasn’t rushed, that he answered all questions honestly and with great detail and even threw in some freebies.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular spot, but I can say with certainty, whenever I’m out here visiting friends or on a day surf trip, I’ll always make an excuse to drop by, if nothing else just to talk shop.
