I just left AAA, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Ashley Jackson—what an incredible experience. I’ve always been a big fan of AAA (one of my all-time favorite companies), but today raised the bar even higher. Ashley was down-to-earth, kind, respectful, and incredibly easy to talk to. She not only helped me efficiently but also clarified some important details I hadn’t fully understood, and she did it with such grace and patience.
Honestly, I’m happy to pay my bills when the service feels like this—AAA consistently delivers, and Ashley exemplified everything that makes this company stand out. Whoever hired her deserves credit too! I hope every future visit is just like this one. Thank you again, Ashley, for making my day better and representing AAA so well.

The worst company ever
Expensive, scammy
It took me 5 calls to cancel my policy 10 days ahead and they try to charge cancel fee for 500$ 🤔
and when you need the road assistance or anything they won’t show up

bunch of perople with no respect for customers. this branch is a joke. there is persion lady that works there she will promise you everything so she can get you to sign. once you do she will never remember what she talked to you about. please avoid her if she is your rep ask for somone else. asked to be contacted by a supervisor and they always say she is noth there. any time you go in and ask for a manager she is not there. i asked to be contacted so many times but never heard back. they just want to charge you fees on top of fees for random reason after they told you you will be fine and everything is good.

The reason why this Encino location is so quiet is due to the appalling lack of customer service so no one barely goes there. Manager Buffy was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to even try to resolve the issue blaming it on their computer system with the DMV. Just walked away and said ‘ok’. Truly a disgrace.

SKIP THE DMV!!! AAA ENCINO ARE THE BEST IN ALL OF LA!!!! As someone coming from NYC, I am no stranger to LONG DMV lines and the process. Chelsea, Sonia, Dee, and the entire AAA team in this building are by far the BEST!!!! Super fast, reliable, and they understand that you do not want to spend all day doing the vehicle process. I wish they could also do ID matters, but it's ok, not a big deal.
All in all, the best experience in terms of service, people friendly, process, and overall family vibe. They do not over charge like some other so called "Skip the DMV" places. They are right and fair with pricing. I highly recommend AAA of Encino. SUPER FACTS!!

I called different offices to cancel my auto-insurance policy for very poor online services. Upon my calls, all of them hanged on me once I told them that I wanted to cancel my policy so in my last attempt I had to tell them that I wanted to make changes to my policy.
Once they pulled my policy, then I told them to cancel it.
I don't think this is a honest way to treat their customers and provide horrible services.
Basically on their website you cannot make any simple changes to your policy like add/remove drivers or vehicles, etc. but when it comes to charge you, they are always ontime.

I stood at the "Insurance and Membership Services" line for a solid 10min before anyone said anything to me. The blonde lady helping the adjacent line completely ignored me and didn't even acknowledge my presence. At least everyone else seemed nice. I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location.

It’s a terrible place and long time to waiting for easy things. I paid registration and I came here for getting a registration label tag and waiting for 40 minutes for label and I still waiting. I am not recommended at all.

Needed to insure my new ring and Jason was so sweet helping me here today. I really love AAA for my auto and home insurance. This location has a parking lot in the back and a decent waiting area. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They offer home, life, auto and travel services. With special discounts for AAA members. Definitely worth the investment! They have restrooms and a small lift (elevator) for anyone who can't get down the small set of stairs. Wait time depends on your needs. Between 4-5pm it's not too crowded. Just beware of the dopes coughing and not covering their mouths. You may want to bring a mask. Just saying. Open Monday - Friday 9-5pm Saturday 9-1pm
