I stood at the "Insurance and Membership Services" line for a solid 10min before anyone said anything to me. The blonde lady helping the adjacent line completely ignored me and didn't even acknowledge my presence. At least everyone else seemed nice. I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location.

It’s a terrible place and long time to waiting for easy things. I paid registration and I came here for getting a registration label tag and waiting for 40 minutes for label and I still waiting. I am not recommended at all.

High turn over. Never the same person. New employees making my transaction longer. Always seems to have system issues when lowering miles. Toilet has over flowed to the carpet many times, mostly from women’s restroom. Fungal or mold in waiting area and roach traps in every corner.

Took care of double transfer registration for both parties. Seemed we were done in under 20 minutes. Also took care of dropping and reassigning insurance for same auto. Again very quick and thorough service.

Nick Andrews. Five stars because of Nick. that's who has helped me the last two times I've been in. He's exceptional at his job and finding solutions for you. And we also laughed a bit. Which was a nice bonus. Such a great guy and this is a great location. Highly recommend!

Ms. Farahnaz Davani in the insurance department was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help me. She even called me back after my in person visit, giving me alternate suggestions which reduced my payments.

Attempted to Renew my Registration - was told when I checked in that I could use my credit card for payment & not my debit card. I had no problem with that. I get thru a lengthy process to find my father in the database as the registration is in his name (& we both have to have AAA in order for me to pay to renew it at AAA) - I am told that I have to pay with cash or check.AAA is supposed to make this process easier and this was not easier at all by any means. This was a complete waste of time!AAA making such a simple task way more complicated than it should be.

Came in to switch ownership of a used car I just bought. The girl asks if I have insurance on it and I said yes, I do. She said "Well maybe we have better rates, do you want to meet with one or our insurance agents?" I said no. She calls an agent anyways and the agent comes to where we were and loudly asks, "Were you looking to get insurance?" Everyone's looking. I said no. The agent tries to convince me that they can get me better insurance. I keep saying I'm not interested until she finally goes away. The girl i was dealing with for my car's ownership transfer says "sorry". Real professional.

I had to go and pick up tags since the DMV didn't have the correct address. They were efficient in fast and friendly.

Just want to give people a heads up if they're looking for homeowners insurance. I've been with AAA for 30+ years and they continue to disappoint with homeowners insurance. The devastating storms that we had here in Southern California caused a lot of damage inside my home. AAA sent an inspector out, and they deemed that none of the damage was covered by homeowners insurance. What a great way to treat a loyal customer. Paying an exorbitant premium every year, and they never come through. Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me. Ricky, my adjuster, was no help at all. Nobody advocates for you.

One of the managers who works here needs to be coached and retrained on her sarcasm towards customers. I didn't catch her name, she had brunette hair, fair skin. I didn't appreciate her smirking attitude towards my last visit. She needs to learn how to talk to customers in a professional way without trying to make them feel belittled. This is definitely a reflection of the quality of people AAA hires.
