They sneak fees into your monthly bill when you upgrade your phone: $17/month for insurance and $6/month for NextUp service, neither of which we discussed or authorized. Be very careful when they hand you the iPad.

Sales people changed my plans. Added insurance on phones without telling me . They give false information. I will never go back there. Horrible service. Even there district manager is bad. Didn’t offer me nothing for there liar sales people. Worst store I have ever dealt with

Very great experience at AT&T Encino. My mother and I went in to get new phones and Nazz was able to hook us up with the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers. Thanks Nazz!

Drove out of my way to go to the store. Not only did they not have the phone I wanted, they didn't even try to look to see where a store nearby could have it. Just the vibe of not wanting to life a finger to help me.

Lati was amazing and helped me find the right iPhone to get for myself. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an AT&T store. Will definitely be back in the future for anything else I need.

I went in to cancel a line in my plan and swap phones. The employee said they cant do it even after att said it has to be done in store. After explaining for 5minutes she "helped me" by saying I need to update my plan for a more expensive one. I said no to that and she completely swapped the wrong sim card and I am now left without a line.

My experience SUCKED! I spent over 8 hours trying to resolve issues with a new phone. It shouldn’t be that difficult. I couldn’t even call customer service until I returned to the store on my day off. Phone not ringing and missed multiple calls and texts for work.The person that assisted upon purchase was very nice. Only nice thing I have to say.Ready to run over this phone with my car; it’s so frustrating. I MISSED WORK because it wasn’t functioning properly.
