We had a prepaid USPS 4x4x1 box that needed to be dropped off at an official USPS drop box. This store was listed as an official drop location on the USPS website. They tried to charge money to accept a USPS package. I contacted USPS and this is indeed illegal and they will be looking into it. Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off or scammed

This place is listed on USPS' website as an official drop box location. They have a contract with USPS to accept USPS packages. I tried to drop off a small prepaid, prelabeled 4x4x1 box and they tried to charge me money to do so. I called USPS and they confirmed this is illegal and still be investigating. Do not use this company or you'll get scammed

quite literally the worst mailing system i have ever used, and that's saying a lot because UPS exists. this was a waste of my money. not only did none of the services it supposedly provided not work, but the people who run the physical location don't have anything organized. i wasn't allowed to pick up my mail for 10 minutes because i "didn't" put in my documents (even though i had picked up mail from this location before) 10 minutes later, they found them and finally released my mail to me. i want nothing more than to close my mailbox and be done.

Quick. Easy. Fair prices. Park in the lot. Go in. Get whatever business you need done with very little fuss. They helped me when I needed to urgently print out an email before an important meeting. A great little place to know about if you do business in the area.

Lady up front doesn't seem too happy with her life. Cant ask her for help, she will respond with attitude, then proceed to tell you "next time have this all done before you come into the business." god forbid you talk to her and ask her why. the attitude will start to spill all out of her mouth. EXTREMELY rude.

This review is long overdue. I had my PO Box here for a few years before moving and discovered this place because I needed notary service. Rebecca is amazing and very personable. She would always say "Hi Christine!" whenever I came by..I was surprised she would remember my name! Highly recommend

I have been a customer for many years; today, i was shocked-I walked in a immediately spotted a man, speaking with the owner-MASKLESS...and close talking to her! I asked...wtf....why are you not wearing a mask. I also spoke to the owner...'what are you thinking? Masks save lives.' Today the news was terrible regarding this pandemic, that maskless fool is the kind of idiot who is spreading this disease. If 90% of people wore a mask, we could actually start bending the curve of COVID. SHAME ON THE OWNER.

This place and the very stylish girl helping me is awesome! I went to get my passport photo taken and she made sure to help me look my best and gave me several choices. What a treat to not have several years of a crappy picture! And she helped me send it all off. I'm going to see what else they offer just to be sure I come here instead of any place else.
