We have no problem with Bubbles. Usually when the owner is there but her employees I don't trust they lose things they are rude. They take a long time and it's an overall bad experience so this will be the last time I go to Bubbles.

My dog's place to go for a grooming and bath!! Julie is the best groomer there. We know this place for quite some time. Kenzo loves Julie and Pat too. Thank you guys for your amazing work and love for dogs

I have to bring my baby dog (not a puppy but I still call her my baby doggie) to Bubbles. The groomers there are so sweet to her, I can tell because she’s always happy to see them. Plus, they do a great job when they bathe her and give her a haircut. Lily the malti-poo with one terrier ear, she’s so cute.

This place is so unprofessional! They are very rude set of people! The black guy in there the worst! The workers don't handle the dogs with care! I literally watched one of the groomers miss treat someone's dog! Then they are not up to date with their service, they don't send reminders, no grace period, they will literally turn you around if you are 2 minutes late! Please be careful with this place if you love your dog! There is so much other modern groomers around the area that offer better service, Handel pets with care and have different options with hair cuts not just one style

They washed my little dog clipped toenails and cleaned ears. Everything was competently done If you like the job it would be nice to leave a tip. They are really very cheap

not sure why but today i received my dog from bubbles pet spa not like i gave it to them,he came back so screed from the grooming and i will not take him there again. not recommended

Today marked a significant moment as I brought my beloved Pomeranian to the grooming salon for his very first haircut. I am a regular patron for self-washes, always attentive to the expertise of the grooming professionals. However, today was different - a day I had decided to take a step further by booking an appointment with a specific groomer, to my dismay, upon arriving, I discovered that the expected groomer was absent, a fact that had not been communicated to me beforehand. Instead, a new and unfamiliar face stood in as the substitute. The receptionist, sensing my concern, assured me, "Rest assured, she is quite capable as well." Despite my reservations, I chose to place my trust in their assurance and give this unanticipated change a fair chance. I deeply regret. I had provided the new groomer with explicit instructions detailing the precise trim I envisioned for my Pomeranian. The goal was to delicately shape his coat around the edges, sculpt his face, and slightly shorten the fur in the tushy area. My Pomeranian, like many double-coated breeds, requires special care. It's crucial that shaving or close clipping is avoided, as such practices could lead to hair follicle damage and disrupt his natural temperature-regulating abilities - a vital aspect of his well-being. Attached herewith are images that starkly depict the before-and-after transformation. This experience has left me disheartened and concerned, not only due to the visual result but also for the potential damage it might inflict upon my dog's delicate coat system. The importance of maintaining respect for specific grooming guidelines cannot be overstated, as disregarding them may lead to severe consequences for my beloved pet's overall health and comfort.

I wanted to try a self wash spot since my groomer is not available and bathing our pup at home can be tough. I saw Bubbles online and wanted to get some information so I gave them a call when they opened but I got a voicemail. Thinking they might be busy I waited 30 minutes and called backed, again got the voicemail. Then 15 minutes later I called again and got a voicemail. Finding it odd I just drove over with the pup to do the self wash. When I arrived a lady was sitting at the front helping a gentleman pay for his cats grooming and taking another customer. After she helped them I asked her if I could do a self wash. She then asked me if I had an appointment, well I didn't I called 3 times and nobody answered. Apparently I was supposed to leave a message and wait for her to call me back because she's too busy grooming. So for her to run the business I have to call, leave a voicemail, wait for her to call me back and make an appointment? Instead of asking when I could come back and offering an appointment she told me to go down the street to another self wash spot. So I guess she's not interested in the additional business which is fine with me. Bummer it didn't work out Got to go groom the pup!

I had the absolute pleasure of entrusting my furry friend to Michelle Cruz at Bubbles Pet Spa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Michelle's exceptional attention to detail left me in awe.Not only did Michelle display remarkable skill as a dog groomer, but she also radiated kindness and warmth towards my precious pooch. She treated my dog as if they were her own, making the grooming session a stress-free and enjoyable experience.She is not just a dog groomer; she is an artist. The care and precision she exhibited while pampering my dog were nothing short of impressive. The end result was a happy, healthy, and beautifully groomed pup. I'm thrilled to say that I have found a gem in Michelle, and I will undoubtedly be returning to her for all of my dog grooming needs. Thank you, Michelle!!!

They’re ok. Overpriced $103. Maybe I’m a little disappointed because I brought my maltipoo in for a hair cut and they buzzed him Petco short . That’s not the usual way. Anybody know of an actual groomer in the valley?
