  Super rude staff after purchasing an item and asked for a fork or spoon I was told they dont have any, unfortunately it's a hit or miss the woman that works here is super sweet and accommodating but theres a older middle eastern man who is just playing rude. On top of that probably the most expensive location for simple service👎.

  I didn’t have any cash for air. Just needed to top one tire in a rental car. They wanted $5 for a “full checkup”.
  I told the cashier I don’t have any cash. How do I get air? She said nothing, as I’m sitting in the car… she comes out and turns it on for me. This is called customer service.

  It is disappointing and very frustrating that in a time with numerous consumer choices, the patriarch of the auto care center at my local Chevron could not fulfill the simplest customer relations tasks. Friendliness. I had a flat and made it to the shop. Not only was I charged $75 for a used tire, it had a small leak which I noticed the next morning. When I returned to again ask for help, I was ignored, the man put his hand up indicating he was not interested. This man put air in my tire and told me, “it’s ok, it’s ok.” This dismissal is unacceptable. This man would not listen to me or talk about what I already knew. There was a leak in the used tire I purchased. I work in Encino and although this location is very convenient, I will not be back. Being unfriendly to people who need your help along with ignoring a customer is bad business.

  Really bad experience needing to refill air. The first time a gas station actually asked me to buy gas before pumping air. When I said I’d buy a dollar worth of gas, the attendant gave me a code that didn’t work and then told me too bad and that I could just pay $1.25

  Charging $1.25 for air when it's supposed to be free for CA patrons. I'm never getting gas at this Chevron location again. I even have the Chevron app!

  We had to stop to use the restroom. We were not expecting a little gas station has such clean bathroom. It is spotless. Such a pleasant experience. And we found some dark chocolate. Yay thank you.
