The worst bank ever, worse customer service, rude supervisor, no one is helpful. I regret doing business with them, please never go to this branch. Waste of time.

This Citibank Encino branch has the worst customer experience. When waiting for a personal banker they ignore you when there is no else in the banking chamber. You explain what you need to the Teller and then 15 mins later someone comes by and asks you again only to come back 5 mins later stating they cannot see you for a basic set of questions. Not communicating with the Teller. The Personal Banker ignored the Teller's request and myself. Never come to this branch. JUST THE WORST banking experience time and time again!

Christina is the loudest, most unprofessional employee seen. She does her personal business ON the job and is always laughing at things. Unfortunately, I have been a banker here for years but this branch thanks to her is a disaster. Stay away from this branch and her.

Great service and experience. I would give a 5+ star review if that choice was possible. I had a complicated multi-owner account (1 person out of the country, one deceased, and the third person is my 90 year old mother) issue. Mary and the branch manager held my 90 year old mother and my hand and spent a lot of time helping us sort things out. Mary did not miss a beat with the other customers....when we had a forms to fill out or make a call to corporate Mary would serve other customers. After working through security protocols and other bureaucratic most do(s) we completed what was needed and did it all in one long complicated visit. I do not know what we would have done without the help of Mary and her manager, who's name I do not remember unfortunately.

If you are reading this review chances are you know how terrible this branch is. It's time to change banks. The worst customer service. The nicest words I can say about Christina is that she is rude, abrasive and useless. Robert who is supposed to be the manager is completely useless and lazy. Not to mention rarely even there. If you must bank with Citibank I suggest to try other other branches that are a lot more professional.

Horrible experience there. Don't believe the 500 dollar bonus they offer you when you open your account! I went through multiple bankers and then each one left the company after so my account was stuck in limbo. Then I worked with Robert Peña, who is the coordinator there for the bankers. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM! He promised me he will look into my account and work out my bonus that I was suppose to received and then after a couple of phone calls and e-mails never responded. I even went to his office to talk after I couldn't reach him. and he had my number up in a post it note that he hasn't touched for weeks. Absolute horrible experience with Robert Peña. Stay away from this bank at all costs.

Was not surprised as I went to write this negative review that all my experiences at this branch were already addressed. CEOs,of citibank do you pay attention? Horrible personal at this branch!! in this last instance, CHRISTINA. I could elaborate on this latest adventure but all things have been said in other reviews that I would complain about but I will add that this woman CHRISTINA, actually pulled down her face mask and got within a foot of my face and pointing towards the teller windows that I could close my accounts. Well, that is precisely what I will do when I'm able to move my parent's trust into my own name. I will be adding it to other accounts at Bank of America.

Note for management please talk to staff to smile and be nice to your clients. Using your cell phone and laughing with co-workers when there is a line of people waiting is not the way to treat people

Drove to this location and waited in line just to be told I can't cash a check that's from a citi bank customer ?? Really disappointing and a waste of valuable time.

Encino has a great staff. I've had my account for quite a while & never had an issue that couldn't get resolved.

We have had a bunch of problems with this branch that I've not had at my home branch, or anywhere else. Several times they have lost checks that were in a courier envelope, and then mysteriously found them hours later. Weeks ago, we sent in a check reorder, and they never submitted it, so now we have no checks. (They did put in a new order today, and said they will reimburse us for the extra $24 for expedited shipping.) And 2 weeks ago, a teller deposited a large deposit of ours into someone else's account. They did not follow up with me as promised, and took 2 days to get the money into our account. We understand people occasionally make mistakes, but this is too many, and it makes me very uncomfortable with how casual they are with handling other people's money.
