The entire pharmacy team rocks. I have always been taken care of and I feel respected by all of the pharmacy staff. Not all CVS pharmacies are like this - trust me I’ve been to a lot. Just get your medications here, you’ll be happy you did. :)

Just a poorly run facility. The pharmacy. The customer service. The photo department. They just can't seem to do anything right. Limited pharmacy hours and constant turnover. Avoid if you can.

This is the absolutely worse CVS I have to go too. I dread it.... they are unorganized there is a constant line, then after you wait in a long line they never have your prescription.... you then have to go to the pharmacist window and wait in that line then go back to the line to pay for it ugggg. This needs to be shut down! Its incredibly frustrating! ffor reference I am talking about the CVS on Havenhurst and Ventura!

If you value your life, do NOT get your medications here. I have very expensive specialty medication. I've had multiple issues with CVS mishandling my medications (ie, refrigerating medication which is clearly marked DO NOT REFRIGERATE). Today they quite literally LOST my medication. Calling me after I left and filed a complaint with an excuse of "oops, gee, so sorry, we forgot to log it in" is not acceptable. Apparently I'm supposed to be grateful this was not my other medication which MUST be refrigerated. If my insurance would let me get my specialty medication anywhere else, I would.

Went into this CVS needed to kill some time. They had an amazing make up selection, very clean and organized.One of the nicer CVS's if not the nicest I have been to.Mauricio helped me and he went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised. Usually don't get this level of customer service at a CVS but this location seems to be the exception!Thank you Mauricio!

This pharmacy is the worst and they will gaslight you claiming to have texted you about missing prescriptions. This is the second time I’m here waiting over an hour and calling my dr just to get the prescriptions asked for two weeks ago

Lugar bonito limpio ordenado y mucha variedad de productos lo que contrasta con la cajera al procesar mis cupones se molestó y no entiendo por qué si la tienda cvs tiene lo de los cupones yo creo que los cajeros deben estar dispuestos a procesarlos fue muy desagradable la atención de la cajera

Can’t ever find me in their system when they do they are missing perceptions and I need to come back. Requested a refill and was just disregarding now I’m told they don’t have the perception I’ve been taking for 10 years on file

Unfortunately, this is the CVS closest to me. Customer service is very poor, mess with cashiers, mess with prices. Good location, but for me better to go somewhere else.

This is a highly positive review for Jessica, the pharmacist. She assisted me yesterday with getting medication for my young daughter. Due to my error, I forgot to refrigerate the medication. Therefore, I returned the following morning to discuss my options and found Jessica working again. She recognized me and stepped away from her work and helped me. She addressed my questions and concerns while successfully implemented a plan to get the medication. Working in the healthcare field myself, the last few years has not been easy. To deliver expertise professionally is expected, but with empathy and a smile on a busy day - that's a rare gift. Jessica and CVS provided that for me today. Thank you!

Went to this CVS to get my COVID-19 booster shot yesterday. When I checked in around ten, the woman handling vaccine check ins was immediately hostile after I gave her my birth date. She berated me as to why I needed a booster shot (which SHE did not need to know) basing her bias solely on my age.Age is not an indicator of health or vitality and as a cancer survivor this was incredibly frustrating as I've been dealing with this bias since my hair grew back. Please train your people better.

I have no idea how people can be so amazingly rude. The lack of care in the pharmacy for patients is beyond understanding, I'm sure everyone is feeling some type of stress but why are you staff so mean to customers. I have been living in the area for over 5 years and today was the last day I will be coming to this pharmacy, they never refilled my meds after I called 3 days prior. My doctor office has faxed and called to no response!

I want to give a huge "Shout Out" to Patricia Nunez in the Beauty Department. I was looking for a particular skincare product and she took the time to help me locate it. Patricia was all smiles and friendly,extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I was well taken care of. You are very lucky to have her as an employee.
