I had such a wonderful experience here! Blanca was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for me! She definitely needs to be acknowledged for her hard work and care that she gives to customers! Thanks again Blanca for being amazing!

Absolutely love this pharmacy! The staff is incredibly professional and efficient—they keep the line moving quickly while always being friendly and courteous. The pharmacist, Rachamim, is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. I’ve seen him and the team treat elderly customers with genuine respect and care. Truly the best pharmacy in town. 10/10!

Coupon would not work. Mary the Manager was not helpful and the gentleman at the register is not either. All for the principle of a dollar coupon not showing up!!!!! Will be leaving Yelp and Google reviews as well!

Encino location, December 11th, 2024 4: 06 pm. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Danny from nail polish department sales person (he said that he is the manager) raised his voice on me, and almost stepped on me, also was waivig /gesticulation with his hands just in front on my face, also screaming at me. When I asked him do not wave his hand in front of my face, he didnt stopped. He actually starts doing it in more aggressive manner, trying to intimidate me. My mom, 72 years old, was next to me, she was scared that he would hit me. When i asked him, do not talk to me in such abusive manner, he said that I was not respectful to his employee. Which is totally not true, since I didn't talk to her at all, i didn't have a time to talk to anyone. I asked, she answered. Thats it! I asked to call supervisor, and supervisor by the name Luis , actually was there right after, talking to this guy Danny didn't do anything. So it's terrible experience. I've been leaving in the area , just around the corner, for 21 years, and never had such a disgusting, abusive, unprofessional customer service. This person Danny, should NOT working in customer service industry at all. Especially in woman's beauty department. BTW when I asked Danny phone number of Corporate office he refused to provide, also he refused to tell me his name. So be aware people. Soon they gonna beat us!

Mixed Experience - 3/5 Stars
I have had a mixed experience at this CVS location. The reason I rated it 3/5 instead of 5/5 is due to a specific security guard who is an African American lady. My family and I have been coming to this CVS for over five years, and recently, my daughter and her friends went inside to get their ears pierced.
While they were innocently walking around, taking photos, and doing what teenage girls do, the security guard followed them around the entire time, accusing them of trying on products. However, Pre and Adriana in the beauty department provided excellent service, and my daughters loved their ear piercings. These two women always go above and beyond when I visit the beauty/skincare section Mary and Luis has been great as well.
I have experienced the security guard following me, taking photos, and staring at me as well. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but for her to make my little girl and her friends cry and feel discriminated against is the reason why I am considering going to another CVS on Ventura and Louise instead.
As a customer, I should feel safe and comfortable when I go into CVS. I don't want to feel like a suspect when I have been an innocent customer for all these years. The security guard's behavior has been unacceptable, and she needs to go. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

What a terrible experience I had today, I just wanted to buy some nails and when trying to find my correct size, the employee Bernadette was very rude and arrogant, pedantic with me, then the other cashier PATY told me that I had opened the box of nails and that I had put my nails on, because the other employee BERNADETTE said so, they are completely false and slanderous crazy people, people like that should not work. with clients

They did it again! Since my last review, I needed another medication, and my MD had this CVS number in my file. I looked up GoodRx and sent my wife to pick it up necause i was incapacited. The GoodRx price is for this med $10.60. But they chanred her $32.28 and told her it the price for goodRx gold that i have. Another case of greed, decietfulness. They just don't care many of us on fixed income shouldn't be short changed and cheated.

i was shopping todaymy cashier name was "Bernadette"I bought nearly 400 dollarsI asked her to put everything in the bagshe put half in the bag and left the rest in registerWhen I called her to put the rest in bag , she threw the bag towards me and spoke with attitude & left the register!!!!It is clear that she hates her job and does not know customer service at all
