I love this salon and specifically Leyla for her work and warm personality. I have been only trusting and coming to her through years for my balayage/high light/low light. And she can get it perfectly done without bleaching (my preference) and damaging the hair. I recommend Leyla to all my friends and family for her great work and talent.

Thank you so much to Stef for doing an amazing job on my hair. My hair is very challenging, and she spent almost an hour thinking together with me about what would look best. I’ve been seeing Leyla for over 12 years, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Her knowledge of color is unmatched—she always gets my highlights perfect, natural, and exactly how I like them. She listens carefully, offers great advice, and makes sure I leave happy every single time.
Beyond her talent, she is kind, professional, and truly cares about her clients. I’ve referred many friends to her over the years, and every one of them has been just as satisfied as I am. She’s also amazing with eyebrows—shaping them beautifully without overdoing it.
If you’re looking for someone who combines incredible skill with genuine care, Leyla is the one. She’s simply the best!

I was going to give it a 1 star for just booking experience. I was scheduled for a 3:30 appointment and the stylist assigned had multiple client cancellations and called me an hour after booking to move my appointment to 2 pm. Unfortunately I was unable to accommodate since I made plans to have lunch with a friend and I drove into the Valley from Santa Clarita. During my lunch someone texted me to tell me the stylist had an “emergency” and the only available time was 2 pm and if I could not make it I would have to reschedule for tomorrow. I was honestly annoyed because it was obvious the stylist wanted to leave early. I would have preferred honest communication rather to to do this dance. I opted to cancel because I found it unprofessional to keep trying changed my appointment time after driving into the valley and canceling gym plans to not be sweaty for the appointment. The owner of the salon reached out and was very kind and understanding and offered a solution but I was already uncomfortable with the overall interaction. He apologized for the behavior of his team and honestly he deserves 5 stars but it was too late to remediate.

Stephanie saved my wedding! I went in with my hair a mess (listen, I was just trying to get rid of the roots) and she not only stayed late to help me fix it, but was also so fun and got talking to me about the styles I've really loved in the past to make I ended up with something I'd be happy with, and I walked out of there feeling gorgeous. 11/10 (haircut, color removal, and redye)

I was debating writing this review, I came in two weeks ago and I have not been the same ever since. This has been one of the most upsetting haircuts I have ever had. I’m not someone that writes reviews often. But after my horrible experience with Nicolette I honestly had to. She was beyond unprofessional during my appointment. She assisted me and another client at the same time and was not transparent about it. She stated she was back tracked due to two other clients coming in late and made it seem like she was done with her other clients. I went in for a simple hair cut and blowout which I repeatedly told her I did not want to go short. She left me with a choppy hair that is beyond short, I can’t even style it properly. I waited in the chair for almost 45 mins but it was a total of two hours just for her to cut my hair and blow dry it because she was assisting the other client at the same time. This had been my first experience with her. My previous hairstylist from the same salon moved away so to me it was a no brainer to come to the same place and try someone new and I loved going to this salon but after my horrible experience I will not be coming back. Overall Nicolette was not attentive and did not care and after I expressed to her it was too short she kept saying it will grow out nicely, like if that was going to make the situation better. I’m not writing this to make anyone feel bad or be rude. I’m hoping that in the future she can be transparent with her clients and more attentive to them instead of rushing.

Went in for a haircut. The stylist went shorter than what I asked for. And the layers are soooo unblended and sharp 😞. It’s a really bad haircut.

I went to a salon in my home town. Asked for a basic cut with layers and they botched me so bad I went home crying and they gave me a refund. I found Jennifer insta @beautybyjcancino. I was very skeptical because I had such a bad experience from another salon. But she calmed my nerves right away. She consulted me and addressed all my feelings and went in depth on what she was going to do. I left the salon with the biggest smile on my face. She did amazing. She didn’t rush and took her time to make me happy and cut my hair perfectly. it was such amazing experience and will refer her to everyone I know and will be coming back! I’m so happy!!

I flew from FL just to have my hair done by Giovanni! He is the Best hair dresser anyone can go to. It was the best feeling to have my hair done by a professional who knows style and can create it. My hair is sexy!

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday I tried out a new salon and met with Giovanni. He corrected a botched color job that I got from another salon and did a stellar job! He listened to what I wanted and did not try to talk me into something I had not asked for. He did a trim to help even out my hair so I can keep growing out my short hair. I left the salon feeling much prettier and grateful to him for a wonderful hair experience. Giovanni is highly skilled, has a great sense of humor, and will be my new hairdresser.

Happened to send a message to see if I could get an appointment on Sunday. This was only after my previous hair appointment was cancelled last minute after scheduling it for quite some time. I was booked w Steph and going to a new hair stylist is scary! Once I met with Steph, she placed all my fears aside and we instantly connected! She is very talented and has an amazing personality!
