My name is Sammy W. I went on vac to Sherman Oaks, Ca to visit my children and grandchildren. I attended this facility for a week and found Myella and her staff to be very professional and hospitable. If you ever need them please don’t hesitate to visit them.

I've been going here since March 2017. I find the staff to be friendly, courteous and professional. The facility is clean, the dialysis chairs comfortable and the process as pleasant as they can make it. I don't know what the previous reviewer's problem is with the director, I simply don't agree.

You wrote a review for Davita - South Valley 2 minutes ago 2.0 star rating 8/18/2017 used to be a nice place for dialysis, caring and competent technicians. Then in summer of 2017 a new person took over who is hidebound with rules, not for the patient's benefit but for the sake of throwing her weight around. Rules for the sake of rules. It's a shame. She took a wonderful facility and is on her way to ruining it in less than a month
