I usually love this Drybar location... but it has definitely changed recently. Front desk was pretty rude, but also they took my daughter very late and were not apologetic about it all. I'll be heading back to Topanga location after this!

Worst front desk. Rude, and acted superior. Also why have a walk in sign out front if you don’t have time for a walk in?? Do yourself a favor and skip this location, go over the studio city Drybar. Better ambiance and much better customer service.

Very bad front desk.They normally don't reply the calls and if they do they keep us on hold forever. Don't we get their service to have easier life?
