Made an appointment for PCR test through their website in advance, but got a call right before the test saying that they do not perform PCR test on Saturday. Poor online website and lack of accurate information. I had to rush finding alternative options.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A TIMELY TEST FOR A FLIGHT OR SOME EVENT. They said it was 24-48 hour guaranteed results and I called today past the 48 hour mark and they told me that my results may not be in until the following day at 6pm. I will be disputing this 150$ charge and telling everyone I know not to come here !

Do not go here. They do not accept insurance, make you pay for either antigen or PCR, and make it impossible to get a reimbursement form for insurance claims. Their phone number? Doesn't work. Their e-mail? Unresponsive. Absolutely unhelpful. They do not care for you and they only want your money.
