“Dr. Emrani and his staff never cease to amaze me. They are friendly and efficient, I never wait more than a couple of minutes. Everybody has a job and they do it in order. They are kind, caring, helpful and funny, which is important in case you need cheering up. I have been a patient of Dr. Emrani for 20 years, drive 1 hour each way to see him and if I get too old to drive I will have someone bring me! I also love that you can get so much done at his office from bloodwork to bone density to echo’s a one stop shop! I was just there yesterday. Dr. Emrani, I love you and your staff!”

I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. “I am only 37 but I see lines in my forehead and by my mouth. Not only Dr Sherman put me at easy with talking to me because I was so nervous because I’ve had Botox in the past but not as much as I had this time around I am loving my results everyday I see these little lines go away more and more the instructions did say it takes about 12 days to see the full effect and as the days are passing by I am loving this more and more for sure will be back to see Dr Sherman in 2 or 3 months because I will up keep my young looking face always now ”

“Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)”

“I am very much grateful and satisfied with the service that I received in this exer urgent care. I had ear infection and I went two times in one day (Sunday) to that center for my two ears. Ms. Mary, Ms. Tiffany and Dr. Long, helped a lot. I have been they’re for almost 1 hour in morning and another 1 hour in the evening. Doctor constantly checked my ears and Ms. Tiffany took care of the medications that I need. I got appropriate medications and even doctor in the evening gave me another medication. I do not know how to express my appreciation feeling to them. So I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot to all of you that work well from the bottom of your hearth to help your patients.”

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. “With several decades of experience, as an impatient patient, I feel qualified to judge the quality of my health care providers. I've also learned that in life one almost always needs to qualify their judgments and opinions, with the phrase, "so far". In my 16 years living in L.A., I had not found a primary care doc who I felt was a keeper. A few months ago I asked a neighbor if he knew of someone and he recommended Dr. Patricia Y. Chang, who practices family medicine at UCLA. Dr. Chang has been at UCLA for around 5 years and practiced in Canada for around 20 years prior. I believe her Canadian training is beneficial to her patients, as Canada seems to be superior, in training physicians to understand and treat the whole person. In the roughly 3 months and 3 visits I've had with Dr. Chang, I am convinced that she is top notch, as a physician, and, no less importantly, as a person. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, responsive (i.e., between visits) and caring. She also understands how all our systems (body and mind) are connected. In listening to my medical history, Dr. Chang identified a relatively rare issue, which no one has ever thought of or explored and very few would. "So far", I expect that Dr. Patricia Y. Chang will be one of the best physicians I have ever consulted.”
