“I really hated to go to labs for blood tests. My veins are not visible and not easy to find. Even in the hospital I was poked several times because they couldn't find my veins. My arms were in yellow/green/purple colors in elbow area or on top of my palm. Just horrible. BUT! I have never had any problems in UCLA Encino labs. How they do this I don't know but you can not see any signs on my arms that I was in labs for blood draw. No more poking million times. They have it on the first try. Unfortunately I have to do the tests very often but I know I am going to Encino labs so all will be OK there during my blood draw. I can go there any time..”

I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care clinic and truly felt cared for from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, organized, calm, and very welcoming. The front staff was polite and efficient, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected. Every staff member I interacted with treated me and my family with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect, which made a stressful visit feel much more comfortable and reassuring.
I especially want to recognize medical assistant Tanu for providing such exceptional care and support throughout our visit. Tanu was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional while helping us during the entire process. What meant the most to me was the way Tanu took such wonderful care of my child. Tanu was gentle, comforting, and very understanding, which helped my kid feel safe and less nervous during the visit. Seeing someone treat children with so much patience and compassion truly made a huge difference for our family. From checking vitals to answering questions and making sure we were comfortable, everything was done with genuine care and kindness.
One thing that really stood out was that Tanu even called back afterward for follow-up, which showed a level of care that is very rare to find nowadays. That follow-up call made me feel that we were not just another patient, but that the staff truly cared about our health and recovery. Taking the time to check on us after the visit showed professionalism, dedication, and genuine compassion for patients.
The doctor was also excellent and took the time to carefully listen to all of our concerns without rushing through the appointment. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including the treatment plan and follow-up instructions. The doctor was knowledgeable, understanding, and very thorough, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. You can tell that the staff here genuinely care about their patients and work together as a team to provide the best possible care.
Overall, this urgent care clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and compassion shown by the entire team was truly impressive. It’s difficult to find a medical clinic where patients are treated with such kindness, patience, and attention, especially when children are involved, but this clinic truly deserves recognition. “I signed up with this medical service offered by Amazon, and I love it. Everything was done from my desk with a zoom call, the communications were excellent, the doctor (you get to pick your own doctor) was the best ever, the follow-up was the best I ever received. I did get a prescription which they called into the pharmacy of my choice, although Amazon could have also had mailed it to me. I love that Amazon One Medical has a phone app which is fantastic to use. This entire experience is a great example on how the medical profession should be. I love it.”
