My wife and I had to take our car in for an oil change and overall inspection as we are planning on a road trip. When we arrived Raymond was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. After inspecting our car it was determined that we had a cracked tire, and another tire with a nail in it. We only have 23000 miles on our car, so it came as a surprise that we needed new tires. Raymond was helpful in helping us find the best tire for our budget. He explained what each tire pros and cons were and was not overly assertive in his sales pitch. I highly recommend!

The manager was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood all my options. I never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions, he answered everything with patience and care.
In the end, I left with two new tires and complete peace of mind. It’s such a relief to find a place as a woman where I feel respected and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

I sent my daughter here to have one tire replaced and I asked Raymond specifically to please put the old tire in the car, he forgot to do that so my daughter has to drive back (25 minutes) to pick up the tire, when I called back he did not even try to apologize. If the manager reads this plz tell your employees to pay attention. People's time is valuable.

Made an appointment, as one should if they don’t want to wait as a walk in, for 2pm to take care of a quick patch job on my back right tire. Arrived at 2 on the dot and made it clear this was my only opportunity to make it to firestone and was on an hour break from work. I asked immediately at the start if this at all looked like it may go over an hour. No worries if so - JUST KEEP ME INFORMED! 59 straight minutes went by with zero update and car hadn’t even been looked at. Normally have had good experiences at other locations but never coming back here.

Raymond Harris is a commendable representative for Firestone He is well trained, courteous and professional. Ray and Andre checked the car in as an early morning appointment and the job was complete in less than 3 hours. The technicians are also very efficient and deliver high quality products, service and costumer satisfaction.

I was having some AC problems and Jaime was immediately able to find what was wrong and help me out…. This led me to come back to this Firestone for my oil change and again, was fortunate to be helped by Jaime who just gives me a honest vibe… he is very direct and will not try to upsell you on things he doesn’t feel you need. He genuinely seems to care, not easy to find people like him especially in the car mechanic world…. Thank you Jaime!

I went to get my car inspected and Jaime was super helpful and kind. He patiently explained me what my car should get done in order to run smoothly.
