“I'm so glad we stopped by. Nice friendly staff, great selection, and fair prices. We found a great Christmas tree right away. Having it flocked will pick up tomorrow. They do offer delivery for a fee. They have sheep, turkeys, chickens and quales, that I have seen. Can't wait to come back for their pumpkin patch and maze! I've read and heard great things! Small parking lot, but plenty when we arrived, 30 min before closing. Would recommend.”

“Discover an excellent array of Russian delights, from sunflower seeds to delectable chocolates. Their cooked items, particularly the carrot salad, Olivier salad, and flavorful pelmeni, are personal favorites. This spot is undoubtedly a great place to find various Eastern European goods. The service is not only helpful but also contributes to a delightful ambiance.”

“Such a refreshing and amazing place. I can say for the first time I really enjoyed having a salad. Over a hundreds ingredients to choose from to make your salad. Very hygienic and fresh ingredients. Loved the Pickled mango, dried papaya, avocado salad, and strawberries. Wasn’t too crowded and we were in and out of the place in 10 mins. Highly recommend!!”

“Food taste home-made. The caldo de pollo, caldo de res, and burrito mojado (Wet Burrito) are my favorite. They usually have the red wet burrito but I ask for it to be custom made in green Salsa with extra cheese and sometimes carne asada with shrimp. My most favorite breakfast choice here are the: "Chilaquiles Rojos" Combo. It's really good.My husband's favorite dish is the "Bistec Talpatiqueño" Combo. It comes with macaroni salad, 2 quesadillas. Also their fresh aguas frescas are really good. They have: Melon, Sandia, Horchata, Jamaica. Some could be available. It varies on the day.The seating is good to dine in either for couples, a small family and also a bigger crowd. Service is great, friendly- family oriented. Your food is ordered Infront, if you dine-in waitress or waiter will take it to your table. They have restrooms outside behind the building.”

“When you want unique asian food products, 99 Ranch Market is the place to go. No other large supermarket compares in Los Angeles. The only thing I find a little disappointing is that they do not carry ready-made sushi dishes, but I suppose that's because they value quality.Prices are reasonable for exotic asian imported food items.”

“I was sad when the produce market which used to be at this location closed, but while I miss the people who used to work there, the new market is at least as nice. Three Amigos always has lovely produce, competitive prices, and even though the family who runs it isn't Jewish, they know the local clientele largely is, so they keep appropriate items for upcoming holidays and ethnic specialties on hand (for example, before Rosh Hashanah and Tu B'shevat, when it's customary to eat new-to-you-this-season fruits, they bring in a lot of exotic fruits, and they keep kosher dills and beans for cholent in stock). Jesus is super friendly, as is Graciela.”

“This review is for Valley Marketplace, located at 18345 Vanowen Street, Reseda, CA, 91335. There seems to be more than one Yelp page for this store, so I wanted to be specific. This is a large grocery store with a lot of foreign items. I come here occasionally when I'm in the area to buy my favorite Babaganosh. There are many options for produce, ethnic foods, fish, meat, snacks, frozen foods, cleaning supplies, alcohol, condiments, and more. The store shares a location with other stores such as kosher meat stores, eyebrow threading, each repair business, and more. Please check the expiration date of each product you buy here. They have such a large selection of foods from different countries that makes it easy for them to forget to take expired food off the shelf. No self-checkout but the staff who works the cashiers are pretty fast. Free Parking in the front of the back.”

“One of the best smoothie spots in the area hands down. Erewhon doesn't even come close + the sizes and prices are beyond reasonable & generous, respectively. 10/10 would recommend this spot! Support small business!”

“This is one of my favorite hidden vegetable spots in free the restaurant The Market that's in front of it is also connected as well but it's a separate building the food is delicious there but the fruit and a vegetable if I want Dependable fruit and vegetables I go here the prices are not as bad as some places but there's a lot of variety. It's a Hidden Gem but once you find that you were frequent it more than once on a regular basis. Just learn their habits and when they put out fresh produce and fruit but you can always count on finding something good there.”

“We have stumbled upon this place by accident and have made our go 2 place for all our lunch and catering orders. Their fruit and vegetable section also compliments nicely to their amazing kitchen.”

“Lupe literally saved the day. I was calling all the wholesale produce / fruit spots in and around Santa Monica (to DTLA), and I had the pleasure of connecting with the owner, Lupe. I was planning an event for around 18 people and I needed to make large amounts of watermelon juice and cucumber/lime juice, so I was looking for a way to get the goods in bulk and cheaper than the grocery store. E&J was able to get me everything I needed, AND Lupe delivered it to my place on the morning of my event. It was so easy, and all the items were high quality. It's a travesty that there was only 1 review for E&J, because it's easy to look past, but if you're having a big event and you need high quality produce and fruits, he's your guy. I know he mostly serves restaurants - which makes sense - but I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient this was for my group's needs. I would use again!”

“My go-to market for all my southeast Asian food shopping. The produce section offers the freshest cilantro in the area at half the going rate plus other exotica to make a perfect Tom Yum Guy. Prepared foods include delicious shrimp spring rolls.”

“Nice small farmers market in the parking lot of a church, open on Saturday late mornings. Easy street parking close by. Not too many vendors, but some good fresh produce, food/drink options, and some craft vendors. Worth checking out.”

“Very happy I finally came in here to get some kosher meat and some frozen chicken nuggets that are kosher for my kids. Very clean, doesn't have that stinky smell that butcher shops usually have. Very friendly staff and organized. I was very happy with the generous amount of chicken they give for their schnitzel. I saw the meat was also fresh! I will try their other meat next time I go in. Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends! They also let me know they have Shabbat dinners prepared for friday evening which I loved. I also love how they have a whole oven roasted chicken to take home that's kosher. Love this little gem that's close to my home!”

“I enjoy this grocer because 1) 9/10 times they have everything I need, 2) it's equal or cheaper than big name grocers with no drop in quality, and 3) it's owned by local folks in the community who tend to be very kind. One of the staff once insisted on taking my basket up to the front for me and getting me a new one because the one I was carrying was really heavy - it was very sweet.”

“??? The best market I've ever been to in the United States ??Here there is absolutely everything you want, from plebeian food to dishes that make you drool ? just by looking at this work of art. I would start all this magnificent disgrace with “The Triumph of the Stomach.” I definitely recommend visiting this wonderfully magnificent market.”
