This place is so perfect for yoga and meditation. I have a few injuries and it is still helping me with my pain. I love it here!

My girls (6 and 9) and I took an aerial yoga class together tonight. It was amazing! Love the ambiance, Hayley was a great teacher, and it was relaxing, yet challenging, and invigorating. Eva made it easy to sign up and pay for class. We'll definitely be back.
