I took my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation in July of last year. The owner said it would be ready around December due to a preservation boxes shortage. I agreed because this place was recommended by my bridal dress boutique and I thought I should trust their services. I waited through the end of the year and called early this year in March since I did not hear from them. They said the dress was almost next in line to be cleaned and preserved and it could possibly be ready by May. I told them I was going to pick up the dress that same day and to forget about cleaning it. They seemed shocked that I did not want to wait for it. I received no apology or even empathy for their lack of professionalism or care and wasting months of my time.

I bought a wedding dress in it was supposed to be ready by January 20, 2023. after being in touch with them three or four times after that date. They were going to notify me when it was ready because I was moving out of state. I phoned today may 2 they said it was done, and I could pick it up. Everything has been shipped out of state already and when I mentioned that it had to be mailed, he said it wasn't his problem. And the topper it was over $600 to have it cleaned. I would definitely choose a different cleaners. This is not what I call customer service especially for the high prices.

the very best drycleaner - always do such an amazing job in cleaning my delicate items such as blouses or dresses - i have gone to them for many years and there is no other drycleaner like them.
