I had an amazing shopping experience at Marshalls! The store was clean, well-organized, and filled with so many great finds. I was especially excited to discover a luxury handbag at such an affordable price — it felt like such a steal! The selection of clothing and accessories was impressive, and everything was high-quality without breaking the bank. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend Marshalls to anyone looking for stylish pieces at great prices!

Gema lacks customer service. She is rude wants to rush you to the line doesn't listen to the customers. You shouldn't work in a retail store where you have to provide customer service gema. If someones complexion is far darker then yours doesn't mean they deserve to be treated any less when coming to the store to make an even exchange for a defective item!

During my visit to this location on July 25th, 2024, I found many cute items to decorate my office and purchase gifts for friends. I ended up spending nearly $300 on merchandise. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. I observed that when a minority customer walked around with a cart full of items, the manager, Alisa, seemed to instruct the staff to closely monitor the customer's shopping and payment process. The associate who rang me up seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and focused solely on ensuring I paid for all the items. When I inquired about receiving my receipt digitally, the associate responded rudely and seemed unaware of the process. Even though the manager, Alisa, was present, nobody intervened to address the associate's behavior. I believe the store could greatly benefit from providing better customer service training to its staff, and I hope they can improve.

This is the worst store I've ever been to. First of all They have books and products about everything but anatomy. But the worst part is the person at cashier #5 lied to me about there being no anatomy products (see what I mean with the photo with the review.) I never want to come back, this store should change their name to Marshalls & Home Goods to Marshalls & Lying Workers, and I hope whoever works at cashier #5 gets fired soon.?
