I was very pleased with my visit to Michaels. There’s a huge variety of products, especially when it comes to sculpture — you can find a lot of things, and the prices are quite reasonable. So I really like this store!

One of my all time favorite places...they have everything!
The have classes and ideas for the most amazing gifts and decorations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love this place and I must admit...sometimes I think of it as "my toy store".

Now I understand the low ratings. I went in to get something framed. There were two woman ahead of me so I took my young daughters while we looked for some presents for a friends birthday. We came back to the framing section and continued to wait for the two woman to finish with the gentleman working in that section.after about two minutes he turns to me and says" they are going to be my last customer before I go on break." It's not his fault, but that's terrible service. Michael's should either pay him overtime to assist a waiting customer or staff the store so that they can handle the business. I will take my business somewhere else that I hope will be ready to take my money.
