“First purchase from Rees and my first typewriter. I did quite a bit of research before selecting a typewriter I was looking for. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific typewriter I was after, but had my second pick.
I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service experience with this shop. I was called very promptly and informed the typewriter I wanted had just sold, was walked through other options, and found a different typewriter I had been interested in.
The shipping was unbelievably fast. I had my typewriter well before I expected to. The item was packed delicately a thoughtfully, which can be an issue when buying typewriters - a lot of sellers don’t know how to ship them correctly and safely.
The machine works flawlessly. I typed 4-5 pages, using every key and variant multiple times, at speed (I’m a fast typeset), and went through all the machines functions.
The case is in great shape, considering. These are older machines.
Will definitely be making purchases in the future.”

“I was looking for options to get a rubber stamp made locally and was so happy to find Quality Rubber Stamps! I had a stamp design in mind and brought it into the store to see if they could replicate it. Even better, they were able to offer a self inking option so I wouldn't have to deal with having a separate ink pad (which would have been the only choice if I would've bought it online). I emailed them the original design and I picked it up a few days later. Now, my letters look awesome and I'll be coming back to get an address stamp soon.”

While there are choices out there for wide format plotters and printing for in house or remote set design, My #1 choice is and always will be Debora and her team at Repro-Graphic Supply. You will know by the moment she greets you on the phone that you are in great hands. From the contract rental prices to their second to none in customer service. They will help you choose your equipment, they stock them all, and if you find that you are so busy that you are running low on paper media or ink or even a repair, they get the call and will be to you within the hour. I can't say that has been a matched experience with larger companies that are sometimes not able to furnish this kind of customer service and attention to detail. They are a long time main stay and wonderful company in the design and entertainment industry and will always get my business! Also very informative and will walk you through any trouble shooting before coming to resolve any issue you may encounter. 5 Stars experience all the way!”

The "Sales Consultant", Dan Doherty, was very helpful and honest about what would be helpful and what was unlikely to be helpful. I've gone to many stores for devices to help me live with my herniated disc and other spinal problems. His advice was tremendously useful to me and helped me heal when other stores merely tried to sell me things that wouldn't help and had no advice. Dan didn't try to oversell. On the contrary, he tried to save me from buying what I didn't need and what wasn't likely to help. I'll buy at that store again when I need something. I'm available to answer questions.”
