“Greg was great! From start to finish, he made the experience seamless. I dropped off my car after hours because I got a flat tire and my AC wasn’t working. I received a call the next day at 8:30am with a diagnosis and 3 pricing options for my tires. My car was ready for pickup when I finished my shift at 3:30pm, same day. Service was exceptional and price was competitive. I highly recommend this place for your car needs!”

“I think I finally found an auto shop where I'm not feeling like I'm being treated like I'm dumb. I had some things break on my car that needed urgent addressing and they were so flexible and quick about helping me while accommodating my schedule as best as they can. Freddy and the guys are very friendly and kind, don't talk down to you, even explain stuff when I ask questions. It's a breath of fresh air how honest and transparent they are. No gotchas or surprises, and very customer oriented. No BS - which I especially appreciate - just great service all around.”

“I had a good experience with Jiffy Lube on July 17, 2026. The store was spotless. Very clean and organized. From the time I drove in and spoke with Salvador who helped with good knowledge and good advice on an easy fix. I felt comfortable. This was my first time coming to this Jiffy Lube location. Cristian worked on my car and did a good job. Mr. Carlos was even more helpful than Salvador and I felt no one could be better than Salvador. Both Gentleman gave me great advise and made my experience very welcoming. I will be back at this location for all my car maintenance. And I will make sure my wife, friends and family go to this location. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.”

“Absolutely one of the best auto repair shops I’ve been to. The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took great care of my car. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was done right the first time. The manager was professional, friendly, and made me feel valued as a customer from the moment I walked in. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto repair.”

“Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself, but I could not find where this leak was coming from, because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back, and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks, and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

“Wow. Wow. Wow. WOW. Short version for quick readers: TAKE YOUR CAR TO STEVEN. He is the friendliest, most communicative, and stand-up professional in the auto-mechanic world. He treats you like an old friend the moment you meet. Steven speaks with you about your vehicle, not at you; he welcomes questions and explains the answers in detail. A general mechanic insisted my car needed a full transmission rebuild. Steven disagreed. Given my model, a rebuild made no sense. After some quick detective work, he found the real issue and saved me *half* the original estimate. He even washed my car before pickup! He treats every customer in the shop with the same respect and courtesy. If trouble ever strikes again, I know exactly where to go. Thank you, Steven!!!”

“They worked on a 20+ year old RX8 soon to be considered historical in CA. The car had many many things wrong with it. It was quite an ordeal to fix it. It took awhile but they stuck with it. They also did engine break in for me since I drive the Camarillo grade and it is almost impossible to break it in on the grade. Thanks to the RM team for your persistence and perfectionist attitude.”
