I go to this particular Ralph's often. Everything is great about the store including how nice everyone is. The only problem that I see is that the fried chicken isn't as tasty as it used to be. Now it's not seasoned as good and often soggy not crunchy like fried chicken is supposed to be. Can you get the last cook back even if just for cooking the chicken?

Rude unknowledgeable employee.
I work nights and have few options in my neighborhood for groceries when I get off work at 6am. I came here Tuesday 5/28/24 around 615am to grab a few things including Andre champagne. The only person who could check me out was this girl that said I'm not allowed to buy alcohol until 7am saying I could come back then. I'm not coming back/waiting, I need to go to bed. I'm not sure if the girl just didn't want to help me or was just an idiot because it's not the first time I've purchased alcohol that early at this same location. I even checked the California law on alcohol sales, which states that alcohol cannot be purchased between 2am-6am. So I went to a different Ralph's the next morning after work to see if this was at other locations too and didn't have an issue at the one on Burbank.
I didn't need the Andre but it would be nice when I get off work to be able to get everything I want at one place close to my home.

Variety of vegetables, meats, and seafoods which are not typically available at regular Ralph's. Also, have a great selection of wines and cheese. The service is similar to other regular markets. Check it out......
