I’m a loyal Ralph’s customer but not at this location. I got stopped by a lady in self checkout to see my receipt but she was very passive aggressive - instead of asking to see the receipt right away she asked if I paid for my items. I said yup! She then asked well do you have a receipt? I again said yup and finally she asks to see it. Why did she waste my time? Kroger shouldn’t have self checkout if they won’t be courteous to their customers. I won’t go back. It *is* clean though, but very stuffed to the brim so the rows are very narrow

It's hard to navigate with the 101 displays clogging up all of the isles. They are often out of at least 2 things I'm looking for. Staff is nice.

Friday, 1/26/24 at 1:28 pm. I wonder if it is part of the job duties of the middle-aged man at the self checkout to make customers feel stupid? I asked the machine for $40 cash back but got a screen saying that the machine was malfunctioning. When I called him over to help out, he scolded me that there was a red screen at the beginning telling me "no cash back". I didn't see any such screen, and the machine even asked me if I wanted cash back, which goes against his claim. I told him that I hadn't seen it, and he responded there was one. But even if he was right, he still doesn't need to be derogatory to customers about it. Seriously, grow up! ?

This store is a joke. This Morning there were quite a few customers trying to purchase CHRISTMAS food. They don't open the registers until 8 so customers were lined up at self checkout with packed carts. And that included people trying to get to work. The store is not clean and every aisle is cramped. The Manager was filling sidecaps instead of running the store. Not a good scene for Ventura Blvd.

Seems like a very nice store, employees are friendly and helpful, aisles are narrow; but Meat Dept. is kind of a hot mess, needing someone to come out to organize and straighten it up. As I have a little bit of OCD, I did it a little for them. You're welcome, Ralphs. All in all, though, I appreciate being able to go to a grocery store at night, and feel safe. That's what I felt here.

It's pretty good with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Do you like your cucumbers peeled and sliced when you purchase them...

This is the worst Ralph in the neighborhood, the employee in self checkout is so rude and loud. The price accuracy is applied to Ralph according to her. I had a item and I took a picture because the whole shelf was full of the product. I showed her the picture and she refused to send someone for price check. 9:45 p.m she got so loud. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life for an item she can easily fix.

Lost my phone, it was left in the store. Allen and Thomas found it, thank you very very much. Also, the best Ralph's in the valley.

This is kind of a snobby Ralphs as far as what they sell. The lower level products at other Ralph's stores is not sold here. This is a "high" end Ralph's and the prices they charge, and the products they carry reflect that. For example you will not find any bagged cereal at this store. Which is at every other Ralph's and Food 4 Less store I've ever been too, not here. They also carry things I've never seen at other Ralph's stores, that's because it would not sell there it's impractical and too expensive. They really gauge the people in the neighborhood, they know where they are located trust and believe.

Just went in for a pint of ice cream. Got some ice cream sammiches too. Wide range of groceries, and clean. I like shopping at this location.

Ralphs Supermarket offers a decent grocery shopping experience but falls short of being exceptional. The store is generally clean and well-stocked, and the variety of products is satisfactory, covering most basic grocery needs. The produce section usually offers fresh fruits and vegetables, and the bakery often has a good selection of freshly baked goods. However, the quality of some items can be inconsistent, and I've occasionally found products past their best-before date.Customer service is a mixed bag. While some staff members are friendly and helpful, others seem less interested in assisting customers. This inconsistency can make shopping here a bit frustrating. The prices at Ralphs are generally competitive, but some items are surprisingly high compared to other local supermarkets. In summary, Ralphs Supermarket is a reasonable choice for routine grocery shopping, but there's room for improvement in product quality, customer service, and pricing.

The selection was great- especially for kosher and health foods... but the aisles were SO small and lots of displays etc that made navigating around the store with a cart more difficult than necessary.
