both jack and alexander were very professional and very nice! they moved us from long beach to torrance quickly and efficiently. they were careful with all our belongings and did no damage to anything. would recommend!

BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY. You will see all the 5-star ratings and be fooled into thinking they are great, but they are no longer that caliber of a business (all of the recent reviews support this). My experience: I was scheduled and confirmed for movers to arrive between 8AM-10AM. I received a call at 8:45AM and was told that there was an issue with the truck and that they would need to reschedule me to 2PM. Not ideal, but not the end of the world since the move was still scheduled and happening. 2PM rolled around and I heard nothing from them (movers were supposed to call when they were 30min away), so I called to check in. I was told they’d check in with dispatch and get back to me ASAP. 45 min passed so I called them AGAIN and was told that they would check in with the manager and give me a call back. I finally received a call 15 min later (now 3PM) and was told that the movers would be there between 5PM and 7PM. At this point my confidence in them was completely shattered, and my entire day wasted. 5PM came and went. 6PM came and went. I called again at this point because I need to know if I need to make alternate arrangements to move (and they close at 7PM). Was told the same thing I was told earlier that day - “they would check in with the manager and give me a call back.” FINALLY got a call at 6:45PM from the movers saying they were en route, 26 min away. They arrived at 7:50PM. I paid for 2 movers and they sent 3, which I thought was them trying to make peace with the complete inconvenience, but nope, they charged me more for the 3rd person that I never requested but couldn’t turn away because they were already on site. I was told over the phone I’d receive a 10% discount for the inconvenience (which was not even close to a reasonable accommodation given the hell they put me through KNOWING that I was completely at their mercy), and when I was paying at the end discovered it was only 5%. Lots of undisclosed charges on top of that which were not included in the original estimate. The lack of transparency and the disrespect were incredulous. The movers were efficient when they were on site, so I don’t blame them at all. But if you can go with another company, then please do!! And this is coming from a repeat customer. I will NEVER use them again and I went through this to pay it forward so that you don’t have to. I will pay another company more before I ever call Rockstar Pro Movers again. Worst experience EVER.

We had a great experience with Vlad and Michael at Rockstar Pro Movers yesterday. They were a few minutes early and got started right away. They were professional, packed and protected our stuff well, and even disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture for us. They moved quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to work with.

Vlad and Earl were awesome! They showed up on time and got the work done efficiently with no issues. This specific project required getting two room's worth of furniture up 2 flights of stairs.

These guys rock! Vlad, Igor and Aman… super hard workers, professional and took care of our stuff. Not to mention they were quick and efficient.
