Ben is amazing. He takes care of everything for you. I have shipped and been shipped to at his shop (PostNet). It always goes smoothly and he is truly an expert in his field. He has everything you need and more. I have had a mailbox there for years. He has a document shredding service and is even a notary! Highly Recommend. He is a great guy with a great sense of humor too.

I’m so glad CVS photos were not working when I stumbled on this place to take my daughter’s passport photos!! The guy had already closed is store for the day but was so kind to let us in. So professional, clean, kind. And supporting small business!!! Thank you

No need to go into details other than sum up the behavior of someone who should appreciate anyone who walks thru his door for service: cold, rude, dismissive. He asked me if I had been to his store before and when I said no, he replied "read the sign" It basically stated "doing you a favor and can not be held liable". I picked up my package and went straight to fed-ex where I know they will be accountable and kind. There are too many stores offering the same service that actually will treat you with respect and appreciate your business. I am loyal as the day is long and will honor a business forever, if treated kindly. Don't ruin your day by stepping into his negative energy.

The owner is so helpful. I've had my box here for years and he always goes out of his way to help me. He knows all of his box customers and gives us unparalleled service. For all of the reviewers who walk in and have expectations that he should provide services or materials for free... do you work for free? It's a business people. You sound entitled not mistreated.

We have been customers of Ben's ShipNet for about 20 years. In our lengthy business relationship, Ben has shown himself as a wonderful human being who doesn't charge enough and repeatedly does favors for his customers. This small business owner is the kind we WANT to succeed. Ben goes above and beyond to be helpful and generous - almost to a fault. Any negative reviews tell me more about the (entitled) reviewer than this business - IMHO. I will continue to promote this very worthy essential business.
