“OMG the 4930 Balboa Blvd, Encino, CA 91316 post office is so amazing it's much better compared to the damn Winnetka USPS office around the corner of my home were I'm still resolving an issue with a package I assume they lost and is stuck in pre shipment after mom dropped it off for me the staff is friendly and amazing and I love the place so clean and tidy if you live near by just do it go to that office drive the extra mile for great service don't get disappointed by stupid customer service the post office I mention above my review is worth it a great place”
“Kevin was the main person who helped process my FedEx order, and he was honestly one of the best customer service leads I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond, along with Jair, to help me ship 9 heavy boxes individually across the nation.
They were patient, kind, and spent nearly 40 minutes making sure everything was handled correctly. Michael also took the time to reassure me that everything was going to be okay, which I really appreciated.
