Narrow obstructed isles and slow, entitled shoppers that have no spacial awareness. Have the common courtesy to move your fkin cart to the side while you decide on which can of beans to get, Martha.

Shopping at Smart and Final is now more of a hassle than Costco. The hummus costs 50% more at S&F. S&F also lists stuff as being on sale when something is $4.90 instead of $5. That is not a sale item to me. It is not worth the hassle anymore. Usually only have 2 checker aisles open even when crowded.

Smart and Final ran a 3 day digital Black Friday Promotion. I wanted case of 3# First Street Dry milk, none in the store. Had to go to store twice to get a rain check. Sarineh gave me a very bad time. She did not write rain check willingly. Armenia (Store Manager) was on vacation. Armenia was helpful when she came back. I waited a month for the product to come in. All I hear was no stock at warehouse, they are not filling orders. I called corporate. It took 5 days to get an answer. Call from Dorris on 323869790l. She never returned calls because she was waiting on buyer. Did not even return call to say she was working on problem. Really great customer service and communication. Dorris hung up on me. When she called, she did not even know store had already received product.

Thank you Humberto for the friendly service and assisting me with finding a product that I'd been looking for, but wasn't on the shelf. Also, this store is clean and well organized. Also, unlike some other S & F stores, if there is a line stacking up, they get additional cashiers up front to get people out the door. The employees are accessible and friendly. I highly recommend them.
