Literally one of the worst targets I been to
Everything is kept locked and it feels like they only have 4 employees in the whole store the bathrooms are downstairs and you have to ask someone to open them for you and that took me 20 minutes to just find a employee from across the other side of the store he said he would page some to open it for me so I waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up so I decided to just leave

I had asked about the 2 limit trading card policy. And I even looked up prior to coming. It shows online that its 2 trading card per sku number. So I should be able to buy 2 different packs and 2 trading card per packs right. For example, I should be able to get 2 one piece trading card packs and 2 marvel Spiderman cards. But Jason the store manager just arrived. And I didnt even get to ask him the question before he completely shot me down. He didnt have to be rude. He could have been sincere. I get it if you deal with people coming in everyday but he decided to be rude and not even show any compassion towards a customer who is asking a simple question about the store policy. Jason the manager at the encino target should definitely not be a manger if he cant handle customer service in a more professional way. Whoever hired him needs to double check his status. The cashier was nice and sincere and even apologized because he understand the situation.

A clean store but with unhelpful staff. First no carts on the ground level. I reported it to the cashier who advised me that there were carts downstairs. I suggested she report it but got a blank look. Not sure if the help button at the detergent case didn't work or the chose to ignore it. I was able track a staff member who said he would advise the manager. I checked out with the cashier who was less than thrilled to see me again. I don't plan on returning.

The worst target I’ve been to, not because it’s small, but because no one works here. You won’t walk out with what you need because it’s locked up, which is fine, but the ‘ask for assistance’ button won’t work (?) and/or you’ll have to hunt down 3 people before someone can open it, waiting 5 minutes between each person. I’ve walked out empty handed on other occasions.

It's small compared to other target stores around my area. They also locked the restroom and you need to find the staff to open it for you. Well, overall, still ok. I usually do a quick visit or pickup order. However, my last visit.. several people was smoking in the indoor parking lot. Please put no smoking signs there. Pretty annoying.

I stopped by this Target today to get some medicine for our baby girl. I found parking easilt in the lot at the back of the Encino Courtyard. This Target is two stories and most of the stuff I wanted was on the top level. They had four self checkout station on the second floor but two were not working. They also had cashier station as well, I found everything I needed easily.

Everything’s locked up, but there are not enough employees to actually support the demand. Expect to waste 5-10 minutes standing around waiting to be helped even to get something as simple as deodorant (if an employee ever shows up, which isn’t a guarantee). Just waited 15 minutes to get help to get a tequila bottle. Absolutely outrageous, coming here is a horrible experience. People that work there are friendly, not their fault, but this is a terrible shopping experience I cannot recommend.

Worst Target ever. Everything is locked up and it takes forever to get someone to unlock it. Everyone looks miserable that works there, management must be terrible or it’s corporate Then there’s only self check out on the bottom floor. Unless you want to check out with the refund guy one item at a time. Never coming back here again. I went four months without Target but had to go for an emergency, but I’m done and didn’t miss it at all.
