“Having auto body work is sometimes not the most fun experience. However HADD has always made the process so much better. This is my third time working with them and one thing I can say is this man is consistent. Excellent communication, attention to detail, very easy to work with and pricing that actually makes sense. I would highly recommend HADD to friends, family members and of course he’s my first choice for future needs.
I added two photos, before and after of the minor damage sustained from a hit & run on my vehicle when parked. In two days, the dent is removed, paint color matched and clear coated. Just from our communications I can tell that he’s ensuring quality at every step.

“Good Experience, was told I had a screw in my tire at another location and that I should get it checked out so I came here to check it out and they pointed out it wasn’t punctured and just sitting in the treads so it was able to just pull out and no damage was done, no fix needed. Didn’t end up getting charged anything so that’s good. Pretty honest people here.”

“All I can say is wow! On a Sunday of all days, I had a nail in my tire and the tire pressure was dropping fast. My app was like a count down clock on how fast my tire was losing psi.
Luckily, discount tire was nearby, but I had never been here, so I took a chance. They had me drive right in and my car was over tire off and repaired before I had finished talking to the desk.
The best $35 dollars I’ve ever spent, thought I needed a new tire, but they were able to get a solid patch on it. I will be coming back and cannot thank them for how fast and efficient they are.”

“What a great shop. I was visiting my son who lives in the area. His 1954 Chevy truck had a front brake issue and needed immediate attention. Me being from Oregon I had no idea where would be the best place to take it. I found Ben's shop on line and all the reviews were positive so I brought it to Ben. He diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know what it needed. The truck was finished fast and efficiently. I told my son if he needs any work on any of his cars Ben is the guy and shop to come to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and his brake master shop to anyone needing quality workmanship at a decent price.

I met Arbi he looked over my car and said we see one tire is flat. “C Tire Center in San Fernando, CA is exceptional! We had two flats on our RV and and after inspection realized we had 4 bad back tires. One phone call and they had tires on stock and said they could be to us in 90 minutes. Luckily we were in a shopping center so out of any roadway danger. Our super nice service tech, Neff, called us at 90 minutes apologizing for the delay and said he was about 20 minutes out. Pasadena traffic was a little challenging that time of day. He arrived as estimated, got to work, and threw on 4 new tires as quick as possible. I received a text as he was cleaning up with any easy link to pay the bill. The price was more than fair. Truly a professional and organized business! Highly recommend!”

“Sammy, the owner, is genuinely one of the best people I have ever dealt with in this industry. He is extremely caring, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions so I could feel fully confident moving forward.
I was in and out very quickly, the work was done perfectly, and the pricing was fair. What really stood out was his honesty. After replacing my tires, he checked to see if I needed an alignment. He told me I did not need one and that he did not want to waste my money, even though he easily could have charged me for it.
