Not sure if it was because of the time of day, the fact the manager feels invincible or what. Was told I had to go through with what I made the appointment for and when I asked to speak with a manager, nothing was explained. She put her hand on her hip and just repeated "you made the appointment didn't you?" Before walking off. Finally got a call back from the bank manager, Dasy and was told the same thing, I tried to explain what happened with the assistant manager and was interrupted and told and I quote, "no I will not let you finish" before being hung up on. I tried calling back thinking we had a bad connection but the line was answered and hung up.These ladies should not be managers in my opinion.I'm currently working on moving to a new bank.

Been a client for 20 years, went to this branch for the first time today and was interrogated and reported to the government for depositing $4k cash into the bank. I have never been treated this way by BW and absolutely disgusted with their teller in training. I am one of those who prefers to keep and use cash as much as possible, for i do not trust anyone and this reinforces my beliefs. I have a legitimate business which i pay a metric ton of money to even have and to be attacked for paying my mortgage(which BoW holds) is insane. I believe i will be closing the account.

Workers are great. Just really slow and always closed. Super limited on ability. Everything takes forever.

Staff is nice enough but this is the slowest financial institution ever. I worked a teller line while an undergrad and we'd have been fired for counting change the way they do. There is one reason I do not do my personal banking here and speed of services is it.

Horrible experience. Took over 30 minutes to deposit a check, with only 1 person in line and 4 bank tellers.

This bank has the slowest drive up window teller. It takes forever fo her to process the most basic deposit. If you go there now in these circumstances. You better plan on waiting a long time. I have never felt with slower service.

This bank of the west has the slowest drive thru window. I waited 5 minutes before anyone even came to see me, then said it's still going to be a few minutes cause there are people in line inside they had to take care of first. They need more people working here.

Worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The manager was completely rude and just because it was close for the time they close she didn’t want to do my transaction and said they didn’t have enough money in the bank after the guy helping me had already processed my withdrawal, she voided my transaction locked my card out and told me it wasn’t her problem. Completely horrible experience and will never use this bank again? ? ?
