I went in 10 minutes before closing because my low tire pressure came on. I felt so bad but they had no problem helping me. Turns out I had two nails in my tire and they were able to patch it before I went out of town. Such great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for new tires.

Yeah I wasn’t to pleased with the service today I took my Camaro SS in to get all new tires installed all around that I supplied and get an alignment. I dropped the car off at 2:15pm and came back at 5:05pm because the person in the office told me maybe around 4:30 pm it would be done. When I got there the technician had started my car and I can see the other employee telling the person driving to rev it ,which he did! so I met him outside to tell him please drive my car respectfully because he was already revving it. I passed on the alignment because I heard the tech that was gonna do my alignment say he worked on another car and the axle bolts were loose so he only tightened the ones he can reach and left the opposite side axle with 2 bolts ! Where do you find these mechanics ? Ifelt like not only did the tech joy ride my car, there quote to repair my tie rods was ridiculous. I’ve personally never had a tech drive one of my cars before an alignment to see if the car pulls one way , isn’t that what the alignment machine is for ? Asking me to rev the car is one thing but your mechanic doing it on my expense sounds crazy to me ! Get better employees Les Schwab… IF YOUR EMPLOYEES CARED THEY WOULDNT BE DOING BURNOUTS ON CLOUGH AVE with my brand new tires! This is a road I take leaving Escalon to work and a road I take coming home…No marks were on this road at 5:00pm when I was going to Les Schwab and when I left Les Schwab at 5:30pm there were 3 burnout marks so if I had to take a guess your employees do not take pride in working on another persons vehicle let alone when they drive it.

The Escalon Branch was amazing!
I was having a brake issue and I was told to not drive my Yukon for safety reason!
S, what did Tony do, he sent a fantastic guy out to my work, wish I remember his name! And he fixed my brakes in the parking lot of my work! That right there is exceptional customer service!!!!! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not happy. I went in with low tire warning. They found a nail in the tire sidewall with couldn’t be repaired. So they ordered a replacement tire. The tire was a high end Michelin 4s which both Costco and America tire sell for $380 each. I figured that Les Schwab would be 10 -15% higher, but didn’t mind because they have helped me out before with their “no charge” for patching a tire.After they installed the tire, I went to pay and the price of the tire was $680, the same tire that is $380.I don’t mind paying a little more to support a local business, but $300 over the competition is ridiculousBe very careful when you go here….as they will rip you off, if you gave them a chance.They did offer to remove the tire, but I had already waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the tire installationNobody there seemed to care if I every came back or notPS. I have never written a bad review before. This is a first
