One drive up window. Lots of parking. Handicap parking and access entry. Friendly store staff. Pharmacy staff is great. Pharmacists are eager to be of help. Some meds do have to be ordered. But, there is an ice cream counter in the front of the store!

This place sucks. Shelves empty, Pharmacist showed up 30 minutes late to unlock the pharmacy. The cashiers were very nice. Don't go there expecting to buy what your looking for. They probably won't have it. Unless your looking for boxes of ice cream cones. They had plenty of that. 😂😂

The line is sometimes long for the pharmacy. And they rarely have more than one worker on the floor. But they are friendly and helpful.

We moved to Escalon about a year ago from San Diego and moved our pharmacy needs to this store. We have had nothing but good service. The pharmacist and techs know us personally and are engaged in making sure meds are compatible and that we're understanding of what taking our medications entails.They're friendly and genuine people. The store side is the same. The people are friendly and considerate. The store is clean and kept well stocked.We just moved to Oakdale, but before we moved away, I had to go in and tell them how much my husband and I have appreciated them and that we will truly miss them... There's a real sense of community.Thank you guys for going the extra mile and doing it with a smile. We don't see enough of this today, but it's nice to know there are still places where kindness and caring about doing a great job still go hand in hand.

Friday night lock the doors at 850 pm. What kind of customer care is that. Getting off work needing to pick up a prescription. Terrible example of integrity.

Sarah and Lidia should not work here! My family has lived in Escalon for years! This is a very small community and we all know each other. Sarah 100% mistook my father for some other person who made a scene last Friday and ended up accusing my father with NO evidence that it was him. My parents have been shopping here for years! I know some of the employees because we went to school together and they know how respectful my family is in this community! These associates also have issues with Sarah and I want to be a voice for them as well. Sarah, in front of many people on Sunday May 21st, accused my father for calling Deloris, a cashier there, A fat B****. Sarah said my father came in on Friday that week and made a huge scene. My father was working all day that Friday and was no where near Rite Aid that day. She had no evidence what so ever that it was him and had NO right to speak that way to a customer! My parents simply went there to ask a question about the Western Union and just wanted to be in and out. But Sarah made this into an issue by accusing the WRONG person! My parents feel so harassed and embarrassed by what happen that day because of Sarah!! An associate even told me that Sarah wasn't even 100% sure if the person that disrespected Deloris was even my dad yet she still had the audacity to disrespect my father and tell him that he is no longer welcome at this Rite Aid. We are VERY VERY upset!! I was told by others, since we have lived here for so long and know people here, that they have also had many issues with Sarah! Sarah can not get away with this behavior and who knows who else she has disrespected!! Someone please contact me because action needs to be taken! Thank you.

I walked in at 8:10 am,and was greeted, no wait,I was not greeted. she saw me walk in and failed to look my direction for several minutes. finally she lifted her head up and proclaimed, " ill help you over here!" I said yeah,well i need an item over here, she then literally rolled her eyes and, begrudgingly helped me with some nicotine gum. only words out of her were, "I need your ID". I'm sorry you hate your job and the customers that keep you employed, but stop taking it out on them, and go get a job that requires zero interaction. the world would be a better place.
