Don't use this company. Customer service is the worst. No follow-up for months and months. Lot's of promises but don't deliver. Some of their services are over priced. Installers are knowledgeable, good guys and friendly, and they do a good job. But the owner doesn't return messages and doesn't follow through.

Tremendous customer service. Extremely knowledgeable about all the newest trends in A/V world. I didn't buy a lot for my home theater but they still treat me as if I made their sales year.

The worst customer service imaginable. Avoid at all costs. They are happy to sell and install expensive equipment and systems but are unresponsive when things go wrong. No return calls, no emails, just silence.
