Had a great experience at All German. I took in my Porsche Macan for a routine oil change and have to say they were very pleasant and professional both over the phone and in person. I used their free shuttle which arrived immediately and allowed me to get home quickly. I asked if they could complete the work by noon so I could get to work and they delivered on that. The price quoted over the phone was very reasonable and they did not try to upcharge when I went to pick up the car. Very happy and would highly recommend this shop. I used to take my Porsche 911 there as well before I sold it to buy this car.

Dan is an amazing service advisor. He spoke with me in layman’s terms and patiently explained the process. After being misdiagnosed at two different Porsche dealerships, I left feeling like the mechanics were more knowledgeable than the certified Porsche technicians at the dealership. I paid a third of what I would have paid at Porsche.
