Okay, I’m not the most tech savvy person this side of the moon, but I’m not the dumbest either. I could not figure out why my fingerprint wasn’t reading. Why my phone locked me out after two or three failed attempts. Duh! New software update. The folks at the Apple Store were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I received great advice on how to prevent this from happening again and boom choca-loca boom! No problems since. So yeah, I recommend making an appointment and just tell them the problem. They will help you solve it.

I spent over a month dealing with phone issues and Verizon was not able to solve them. They sent me to their on call tech line, a local phone repair, and their CMR store-nothing worked. I took it upon myself to go to Apple Genius Bar. I made an appointment to be sure I got the help needed. I was fortunate to have Joe as my technician. He spent the incredibly long amount of time necessary to finally solve the phone issues that Verizon did not help me with. Because Apple limits all of their techs to a 15 minute repair window regardless of need and the transfer methods offered were incredibly slow, I give it a "4".

Customer service is horrible. Store needs a check in system aka a Kiosk. 2nd of all the CS Rep.s need to do their homework on the products they offer. I had to leave and call the 800 number just to figure out what products were best for my husband. (I am an android user THANK GOD!!!!) SORRY Apple you seriously suck!!!!!! And I still ended up spending $2k

Don’t buy an iPhone or any product here , rather save yourself time and go to the Carlsbad store or even San Diego , heck even Temecula ! Worst iPhone purchase experience, employees look like zombies and don’t care if you bought a new iPhone , they take forever to help you setup and even if they do they have the chance to run away whenever there’s an update , after waiting for almost an hour my sales associate “clocked out” without telling anyone and left me there until it was closing time and others looked at me like I was just there to waste their time !! Didn’t bother to help me add the trade in price and discounts that needed to be applied!

Their prices were better than those quoted from other stores. It was easy to get an appointment. And of course, they use authentic Apple parts since it's an Apple store.

2.7 of 5 stars for apple. WHAT???? No. This place was 5 stars for me on this thursday evening.Kyle checked me in for a new airpod pro case. Mentioned it would be $99. Daniel got with me said you need an airpod pro, please pull up settings. Gave him the phone and gave him 5 mins. Gave me the case, mentioned the procedure of getting and was very quick and attentive. Thanks Daniel and Kyle for the great experience.

Parker is one of the kindest persons I've ever met. My father is a complete luddite and he walked us through and got my dad excited about getting a new phone. What a guy.

Had an issue with AirPods, the technician did a poor job of troubleshooting and changed one AirPods. After few days started having issue with the microphone of the old AirPods. On top of that you are waiting 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment and nobody is there to entertain. Poorly managed place.

I happened to be at the mall today and decided to stop in to see the new HomePod and learn how it works together with the HomePod mini for whole house sound. This is a major selling point on the Apple web site so I wanted to see it in person before making a purchase. Incredibly, the sales person I spoke with told me in no uncertain terms that the two don't work together since "they have different processors". Either the sales people at this store don't know what they are talking about, or Apple is guilty of false advertising. I suspect the former.
