The customer service is second to none, with knowledgeable and helpful associates. They have hundreds of quality products perfect for treating yourself or someone else and often have great deals. Some customers note that prices can sometimes be ridiculous and wish for more products with natural ingredients. Overall, experiences are positive, with many customers visiting for the first time and planning to return.
My main location, the vibes are just good and I love how the new scents are front and center, so I never have to go around trying to hunt for them. Staff is VERY GOOD about making you feel like you can reach out to them for ANYTHING, unlike other stores where you feel like an inconvenience
