Be Fitness is a hidden gem in Escondido, just a block away from San Marcos. Its staff is so knowledgeable. Price is very reasonable for the results. Casie owns the business and she is very professional and customizes her classes for those who have injuries. There's a wide range in ages of her students, from 20s-60s+. Casie talks her students through each move to provide the optimum workout and to prevent injuries. Her choice of music is great. She frequently changes her routines to keep it interesting. Most of her exercises don't seem too difficult while doing it, but just give it a day or two, then your muscles begin to feel a bit sore. It's the perfect workout. I've been going for a year now and I'm feeling and looking so much more fit! The students are also supportive and it's fun to go.

I love this gym. Personalized fitness, a wide variety of class and the personal training is the best. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and can help you reach your fitness goals, and reach levels beyond your expectation. She adapts workouts for any fitness level or issues so it isn't intimidating. Very supportive and friendly people in the classes.

The philosophy of the studio is to Be Fit. Be Fit so you can enjoy your life to its fullest. Be Fitness is a place where all are welcome. The classes rise you up and you leave celebrating what makes each person great. I have been going to Be Fitness for many years now. I love all the classes! My favorite is the special theme classes as they are a workout and party rolled together. I always leave Be Fitness feeling stronger, invigorated and happy.

I LOVE this place! This is absolutely the best place to work out. I started going here when I was tired of being tired all the time and feeling frumpy. I quickly became hooked and here I am two years later still working out at Be Fitness. The owner, Casie, continually challenges us with new and creative exercises to keep us toned and in shape. You will never get bored. This studio has an excellent mix of classes and offers yoga, MELT classes and personal training. Believe me, I have been to all the classes here and there is something for everyone at any level. It's so easy to book a class with the MINDbody app too. You browse the schedule and click in to register. i hope you come for a work out!

There is a good variety of classes being offered. The group of people that attend these classes are very friendly and supportive. Casie, the owner/trainer is amazing! She is always finding ways to challenge us to be stronger and confident in a safe way. What I love most about attending classes here is that I can see the positive changes in my life.

Update: Have been attending Be_Fitness Studio since 2016 and am a dedicated Be_Fitter! I look forward to attending classes each morning. Owner/trainer Casie remains dedicated to fitness and her clients. She varies workouts/classes and has added M.E.L.T. to her expertise. Class price packages are very reasonable and attendees are upbeat and supportive! Come join us, you'll enjoy your Be_Fitness journey. I discovered this hidden gem two months ago and am so glad I did! This fitness studio offers a great variety of classes for all fitness levels and is SO reasonably priced. Owner/trainer Casie is awesome, her credentials are impressive as is her knowledge base. Classes are small, fun, and never boring! If you're looking for an exercise program that fill you with energy and endorphins come join the gang at Be_Fitness, you be so glad you did!

As an avid runner I was feeling bored, tired, constantly sore and drained! I started trickling into Be Fitness a few months ago and fell in love with the shorter classes made of more challenging workouts. I was challenging my body more and after a few weeks I realized that I was stronger in my daily life! Casey is an amazing teacher and educator when it comes to all things fitness and health. Her main focus is having correct form and doing exercises right, that way no one gets hurt and we are functionally fit. I actually feel better about my body and my husband even said that my butt looked more lifted, like when we met 15 years ago(must be all those squats)! Try this place out, You won't regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Casie and the Be Fit community. I have been consistenly working out here for about 4 years and I don't plan on ever leaving! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and Casie works really hard to make everyone feel welcome and included. Most classes are 30 minutes long which is extremely convenient. But, just because they're 30 minutes doesn't mean you're missing out ... I leave COVERED in sweat every single time. The workouts are fun and unique and never the exact same. I've also developed a community of workout buddies that I wouldn't trade. Casie is great at helping you modify for injuries but will also work with you to try and get you back to your baseline and even stronger than before. I love this place and everything about it! I have been going to BeFitness for about a year and half now. I was stuck in a rut in my fitness journey and I was recommend by a friend to start with Be Fitness. The owner/trainer, Casie, is amazingly positive and encourages you to push yourself, yet always willing to modify workouts to tailor to individual fitness goals and needs. The classes range from TRX, HIIT, Yoga and other varieties of butt-kicking routines. The exercises chang monthly so your body is constantly being challenged. The vibe is always upbeat and everyone is friendly - no judgement zone! I always leave class feeling strong and empowered! So glad I found Be Fitness!

This gym is everything. It has all the things I could ask for- early morning classes, challenging and fun workouts and the community is amazing. People lift each other up here. The owner/instructor Casie's philospohy is all about gaining strength, health and happiness while improving your fitness as opposed to "fixing what's wrong" with your body. I like to sweat, I like a challenge and I like nice people. You'll get that all here.

For about 9 months I was battling with upper back pain, and whole body arthritis joint pain. I went to acupuncture for 2 months with no relief, physical therapy for 3 months with minimal relief. In my worst moments my upper back was so painful and strained I did not want to stand or even sit in a chair. I had to lay down. Then...I signed up for a month @ BeFitness and it has been the best ever. I have been going to Melt foam rolling class and Yoga. I have not felt this good in a super long time and it only took 1 month! I just signed up for my 2nd month and am looking forward to going to each class. Thank you so much Casie and Adrienne.

This is the best place to go to get and stay motivated. Small friendly classes, exciting new routines and encouraging people. You'll find all ages and body types - no judgment just nice people working toward their goals. If you're not in shape they will modify routines to fit your fitness level, but there's plenty to keep everyone challenged. In and out in 30 minutes - there's no better way to get fit and stay with it.

My mom and I have been going to Casie for years. Why, you may ask? Because she is a fitness genius and she knows how to make every muscle burn oh so good! We love her and trust her. The classes are so fun; she changes up the routine monthly and adds fun surprise challenges along the way. It's amazing to see what your body is capable of and Casie is sure to bring out the best in you.
