HAIR SALON Marissa is the absolute best for ALL your hair needs. She is so kind and gentle with your head. She never cuts more than you ask for, and always makes sure you get what you want. I took my mom in today for a cut and color and she said it was the best hair experience she's ever had in her life. I started getting bang trims with Marissa a few months ago and then finally got a haircut with Marissa last month. Everyone has been complimenting my hair ever since. Make an appointment with her! You won't regret it!

I had a hair appointment with Allegra today. She made the call to not color or bleach my hair for health of my hair. I appreciate that she took the health of my hair and my time/money into consideration. We chose to do a conditioning treatment and style instead. She's so sweet and easy to talk to. I recommend going to her in the salon! She kept apologizing, but I really do admire her dedication to keeping my hair goals in mind.

I went to return an unopened fragrance that i purchased online. When i got to the cashier, i didn't get her name but it's the one that still uses a face mask, She said that i had to return the gift with purchase. I told her they were already used and she said i had to return whatever i had left so she can damage them, that i couldn't keep the gift with purchase. I told her if she was serious and she said yes. She gave me back the fragrance and said when i bring in the gift with purchase she would give me a refund. She was the rudest person i have dealt with in a while. I wont be back to this location, the cashier was stuck up and on an obvious power trip. I drove to the ulta in san marcos and the ladies were the absolute sweetest and processed the return with no issues. Ulta in escondido please do better and train your employees to not have an attitude with customers.

Bought a 120$ perfume for my girl and she dropped it the day after , it ended up shattering. I went back with the receipt and broken perfume and there was nothing they could do. No refund , no perfume swap , no half off.. nothing.

I had a pleasant experience with Katie today (brown hair/ glasses). There are two Katie's so I want to make sure to shot out the Katie who did my hair this time. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I darkened my hair and got a little trim because I'm still growing out my hair. If you need someone to do your hair go to master stylist Katie!

I had a terrible experience with hairstylist Victoria. I was given a rough estimate of what my total would be since they charge by the hour. Victoria was going back and forth with me and another customer. She applied color remover and left me unattended for over an hour and was not checking if the color was even lifting. Another employee had to come check on me since I was sitting with the product for so long only to be told the color was not lifting. I asked Victoria if my end result would be what I asked for and she stated it was possible. Not only did my hair come out damaged and patchy, my total came out to be $405. I spoke to a manager the following day to get a refund and she stated I would be banned from coming back to their location and didn't know if she can authorize a refund. They took my number down in order to have another manager reach out to me. No one reached out to me. I had to call the store to finally get my refund. Terrible experience and I do not recommend anyone to ever go there.

5 year old granddaughter had 1:30 appointment for haircut. Still waiting at 1:50 and was told would be 10-20 minutes more for the haircut as hairdresser Jackie was still putting color on client in her chair. I understand double booking but do not understand why we were given a 1:30 appointment when Jackie knew she would be in the middle of doing a color. Poor planning and not a way to do business.

One start because everyone is so nice, my bad review should warn all customers that ULTA falsely advertised the free gifts when you purchase such items after a certain amount then to find out that they don't have the free gifts, this happened to me twice and I learned my lesson not to purchase the items if they don't have the gift items, now I understand it's just a gift but ULTA isn't cheap and customers deserve the gift items after spending a great deal of money and this bad review is for the company not the workers, so be careful with the advertisement scam, ask first before you spend your hard earnings.

Soon as I walked in everyone I was greeted but then I walked in to the floor to look at some of perfumes out of no where I see a lady that work at the salon goes in the middle of the store where they keep the hair products and kept staring at me I was like ok weird but of no where so many employees came to greet me then I turn and she kept staring to the point that made me uncomfortable to keep shopping I walked around the store and I go back to the perfume I was looking then I saw lady speed waking towards me to greet me then I notice she went back where she was at the first place I don't know I know greeting and asking if everything is okay part of your job this time it was too much since it was the same people asking so many times and getting stared at while smelling perfumes made me feel like I was getting judge on something I didn't do
