Clean. Older. Great linen. Wonderful people at front desk. Lovely lady doing breakfast. Noisy. Near the highway.
Rooms: 322 had some black grout, but otherwise, clean. Fresh linen. Dark bathroom. Big TV.

The rooms were the right size and the beds were comfortable and clean. The first night we did have an issue with the air conditioner and despite the staff trying to fix the issue, we were relocated to a different room the next day but had an issue with the TV and there was a awful smell in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was comfortable and I would definitely come back if there were no issues.

The rooms and hallways are impeccable, as is usually the case with Best Western hotels. The customer service here was minimal to non-existent. The young lady who answered my phone call to inquire about an ADA compliant room was grumpy and unhelpful; I felt like I had to drag the answers out (I also was not informed about the price for the room and the hold on my card). The service did not improve in person, in fact it was worse. Maybe she is overworked, underpaid, or both, but the attitude was unnecessary and inexcusable. I would not want to stay here again.
The property is on a slope, so the front handicap spots were not an option for a vehicle with a wheelchair ramp. There are flatter spots toward the back, but the distance to our room nearly tripled. Another detail left out over the phone.

Cher >$200 et pas de wifi performant dans les chambres. Service minimum…??
De plus, rentré à 15:45 d’une escapade la chambre est dans l’état… LIT PAS REFAIT - LINGES PAS CHANGES…. Après un passage au Lobby pour leur signaler la chose on vous répond que c’est à la demande du client.. et on vous regarde comme une bête de cirque. Même pas un réaction d’orgueil.
Vraiment évitez cet hôtel vous devrez faire la chambre vous-même ????

EDIT: Contrary to your statement, these concerns were absolutely not addressed as I stated on my review - NO ONE bothered to respond back. Don't you think I would have checked with my own daughter first? Typical of the management of this hotel! Stay anywhere else!
I see that my daughter's review is not even posted. Very interesting when she ended up reaching out to corporate as none of her issues were addressed with hotel management who was the absolute worst we have ever experienced. And corporate never responded back to her, either. My daughter selected this hotel many months in advance of her September 2023 wedding date for her out of state guests to stay for her wedding in nearby San Marcos. The management staff were not only rude to me when I was booking our rooms, again, months in advance, but to several other of our wedding guests as well, not quoting the agreed discounted rate for the reserved block of rooms and acting like helping to book rooms was the biggest inconvenience in their day. Bernadette actually hung up on me when she raised her voice to me and I questioned if she was sure that was how she wanted to treat a guest, let alone the mother of the bride. To add the final insult, the following morning after the wedding we had a breakfast truck for our guests, assuming we would eat in the pool area, and it ended up raining. Even though the breakfast area in the front of the hotel was already closed, Bernadette again would not make a kind customer service gesture and allow a few of our elderly guests to sit in the breakfast area although we promised to clean up after ourselves. She actually installed yellow crime scene barrier tape criss-crossed in front of the breakfast area. We were treated so poorly by management, and in particular, Bernadette, that if I could give this hotel 0 stars I would, and would never stay here again, even if they offered a free stay (which of course they never would). My daughter chose to state her concerns back in September and then, not wanting to dwell on unpleasant experiences of her wedding day, moved on, however I believe it is the worst customer service to not even respond to a guest who booked a large amount of rooms and had such inferior service.

I found this hotel, and I love the location. The service is awesome. Customer service is always on point. Bfast is not the best but is not bad.
Rooms: Rooms are clean, and the bed is not hard at all. I enjoy staying here. Close to the freeway eating location. And quiet ? most of the time. I would recommend giving it a try. The price is fair.

I love this hotel! The front desk staff is so friendly and always goes out of their way to make you feel like home. Big shoutouts to Brandie, Bobby, Bernadette, Robert and Wyatt. They feel like part of the family.
