I went here last week because the guy who works there told me to come in and finish the paperwork. I had already tried applying online, so I asked him what else I needed to do. He made it sound so simple and said everything was “good to go.”
In reality, he had no idea what he was doing. When I arrived, he couldn’t figure anything out and ended up telling me to come back later because of some “issue.” I kept waiting for a call or text like he promised, but they never contacted me. It was a complete waste of my time.
Their car selection is poor, and the service was unprofessional. Honestly, a terrible experience. Just sharing this so others don’t waste their precious time and effort checking this place out.

I bought my car from Bloom Auto Sales about a month ago. After only a week of driving and only have driven about 500 miles it broke down. Got it towed to the dealership. Long story short I’ve taken it to the dealership 3 times already and they can’t figure out what is wrong with the car. I tried calling Bloom Auto Sales but no answer. I understand that cars are sold “as is” but it’s so unethical to sell someone a car knowing it has these ongoing issues. They had to have known the car had issues. Super disappointed and saddened that I am in this position.
In response to Bloom Auto Sales review made 5 months after we spoke ONCE on the phone -
You offered me $100.00 of the $1200.00 repairs that I was stuck with. We only spoke once about this matter and no help was given. I didn't want you guys to touch my car so that is why I didn't come back to get the light replaced. The light wasn't even the issue. Nice try on your response though! :)

This guy sold me a work van. He cleared the check engine light on the lot so i had no idea the transmission had a issue. also has catalytic converter issues, now im stuck with this vehicle in my yard . I purchased it from out of town now he expects me to bring it back in for repairs and leave it with him . He also added a warranty for free which was a red flag that does not even cover anything. The sad part about this entire situation is that i traded in my paid off BMW for this and also put money down. The van didnt even make it to my home i had to get it towed back... WHAT A JOKE !!! DONT BUY HERE

You do not get brand new vehicle perks at used vehicle prices. That being said everyone complaining in the reviews about getting a bad used car should had paid a mechanic to come and inspect the vehicle before purchase.. I happened to have a great experience with the staff. Genuinely friendly, no fake act. They gave me a great deal and worked with my finance company. Bought a work van from them. It did need some maintenance work, which is completely OK because its a USED vehicle. Luckily for me I am mechanic. Other than a maintenance over haul. The van runs great, got a great deal. And great experience. As a small buisness owner I cannot stand people trying to sabotage other businesses through reviews, because they failed to be diligent on their own.

Moe was awesome! He helped me find a good vehicle for my needs, and took lots of time to assist me with all my questions even though he was extremely busy helping several customers at once. He sold me a great car at a great price and am very happy with it.

Moe the manager was extremely accomodating and helpful. As far as I'm concerned he went above and beyond. They were advertising a particular car on their lot and when I called and found out it was exactly the year make model that I was looking for he took pictures of the inside and the outside as I do not live anywhere near Escondido. I told him that was the car I wanted but I did not have a way to get there to pick it up as my car was in a total accident. He offered to drive it up. He even put it on hold for me with a small deposit. But before he drove it up he made sure everything was in good condition he had the alignment checked the brakes tires everything. After he drove it up to me and delivered it we found one small minor thing that needed to be fixed and he immediately paid for that as well. The absolute best experience I have ever had with any car dealership new or used. When I told him I needed two remote keys he had that made it no charge for me. Deliver the car in excellent condition made buying a car simple and pleasurable.

Ray the owner gave us time and space, while still being responsive and helpful. He gave us the keys to look at a few vehicles, and allowed us to test drive one. He offered us the opportunity to take the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection and had a decent variety of vehicles.

Enjoyed my purchase experience as much as my like-new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Made a cross-county adventure from Texas out of it! Very down to earth, yet professional and thoughtful small family business. I felt the advertised price was a great deal and went with it without hesitation.

I’m so happy I went to Bloom. Great service, and cars at really affordable prices! They took care of me through the whole process and showed extra care. Even made sure I had a brand new battery and car washed before I drove off the lot to ensure all bases were covered and all the little details. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a great used car at an excellent price.
