Diane was Amazing!!! She helped me with finding the perfect work boot!! I have small feet, but work requires specifics, when it comes to shoes. Boot barn didn't have carry my size. However, Diane, went and looked in the back and because they do Not carry a 5 1/2 in woman's work boots, she looked them up online, and came out to let me know she could order them and they would be at the store within a week!! What a Life Saver she was and so helpful!! Thank you Diane!! You were kind and helpful!! I appreciate you and all of your help!!! We need more people like you to help older people like me. Thank you Boot Barn, NOT for not carrying a shoe in my size, but, for hiring Diane!! She wasn't quite knowledgeable about the work boots, but she is now, because she took the time to look up the answers to the questions I had!!! Give her a raise!!!

Sometimes I just go back to look at all the new boots good prices great selection. It has a friendly staff it's clean they have bathrooms you can use you can buy it in the store and have it shipped to your house which is a good option if you're walking when you sign up online you get a good discounts and good coupons I'm very happy with my boots I got from there but I would recommend a friend no problem

I was assited by Benny the entire time from the moment I walked in until I got to the register. He helped me get boots, jeans, a shirt, a belt and a hat. It was an awesome experience to have Benny as my personal shopper the entire time, helping me put together an outfit, finding my right sizes and pulling various items for me to try and check out! I will definitely return soon and hopefully Benny is there and doesn't mind helping me out again! 😅

My son got a pair of Cody James boots and wore them practically every day for a month, but one of the heels came unglued. We returned to the store and they had no problem damaging out the boots and replacing them with brand new boots! We are absolutely thrilled with the level of care we received! Plus, we also purchased a new hat while there on a busy Sunday and my son had to have it reshaped just so. The manager helped us with the reshaping and took her time as though we were the only ones in the store.

I have been shopping at BootBarn for over 15 years and this time I had the pleasure of being helped by Ali, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly and kind, Ali was incredibly responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing my issue. Not only did she resolve my issue efficiently, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
