Front Desk customer service was the best experience i've had in a long time, She was attentive, nice, and informative of options. My Service Tech Luis was also great to work with! Highly recommend, its hard to get great service these days, and these guys provide that!

Recently had body work completed on my car. Caliber was very communicative with me throughout the process and completed the repair in a reasonable timeframe. Work was done very nicely. I just came in for an estimate and I had been worried about it because I’ve never been in an accident this bad but from the start it was smiles and very helpful. The GM even gave me some helpful advice! I’m hopeful for this whole situation and they definitely made it better! Gave me a good estimate, will be coming back especially for Marina and Kyle!

Overall I'm very happy with the work! The new bumper looks great, and it fits perfectly the paint match is spot on you can't even tell it was replaced and the turn signal is working which is a huge relief.

The service was great and replaced my windshield quickly, I had a ticket worthy crack on my windshield now I don't have to worry about that.
