I have been taking my little yorkie to get groomed at Cathy’s since he was a little pup. They do a great job with the little guy and he always looks sharp when I pick him up. The price is fair and they have a good turn around time.

Cathy does an amazing Job for her work.
Not only is she quick at trimming nails for dogs who are not easy to work with but she does it Amazing, and detailed. Petco would leave my dogs nails half trimmed but I knew she was professional doing the farthest she can without hurting the dogs. ??
She also does not overprice which is even greater ☀️ You can trust this place and her care.

My elderly cat had his nails growing out and they saw him that day for a trim! I’ve been coming here for a while and the staff are all great. He always comes out looking amazing!

They are professional and compassionate when I brought Yuki in the last time I brought her in they noticed that she had a skin irritation and had the groomer look at it to see if she could be shaved the groomer said yes. And when I picked her up they said she had fleas but not as many as before and that was due to the flea collar that she had been wearing. So with that being the case I told them I want to make the next appointment now so she won't be so shaggy.

Simply the best. Reliable, efficient, affordable, dependable! The proprietors made an in-house visit to my 93yo mom whose cat is her treasure. They easily handled the pet and performed a basic grooming (nails, ears). I will make them our regulars!

They are awesome! Took my little rescue dog to get his nails clipped. He screamed and cried the entire time because of his fear. They were patient and kind to him.Highly recommend this place, especially if you have a challenging fur baby!! It is not an easy job, so don’t forget to tip :)

Did a great job trimming my cats nails, giving him a haircut and a bath. I'll definitely go back. Very friendly people that seem to care about the Animals.

COLLAR STRANGULATION!!!! that resulted in my labradoodle going straight from Cathy's canine to the animal hospital. DO NOT under any desperate circumstances take your beloved pet to CATHYS CANINE Firstly they're filthy!! But more importantly and secondly I dropped off my two mini labradoodles and left in the care of Jaime at 11am. I received a voicemail (that I wouldn't hear until later) at 12:15 that the groomer notices my female labradoodles eyes are "pink/red" and she isn't sure if they were like that etc. I phoned this lady back about 30 mins before I picked them up and she says they look like pink eyes or red and one eye is a little swollen like cherry eye, all of this is foreign to me and I tell her the dogs eyes were definitely normal that morning. I pick the dogs up and they come out and are ready to get the hell out of there. I quickly pay and get in my car where I see just how horrific the situation is. My female dog's eyes are completely ruptured and she is hacking a dry hack as if trying to clear her throat. Keep in mind her eyes are so bloodshot and one has a bulging hematoma coming off the side of her eye. I immediately call them and demand to know what happened. Jaime then admits to me that in his rush with all the dogs coming in at once she was put in a kennel where her collar tag got caught and she's was choking. His story is that this was just a few seconds. (Vet confirms this would have to be prolonged strangulation for the severity of both her eyes and her audible trachea damage. My guess is before the groomer started at 12 o'clock she was struggling with her collar being stuck and therefore was choking this entire time.) Jaime in the beginning was very apologetic and Jaime did in fact pay the hospital bill but when asked to refund for the grooming (which by the way can best be described as a hack job! Was supposed to be a lamb cut and they just did the entire body on a level 4" which was told to me by the groomer) he became very defensive and said the service was separate from this situation!! Excuse me?!? I spent 5 days administering a steroid eye drip, a liquid anti inflammatory and a pain medication to my dog due to the care of their facility. The least they should have done is had me look at her closely before I left, explained to me what happened and NEVER charged me for their negligent care and services. To say I was furious is an understatement. The day this occurred I burst into tears when I walked into the vet hospital which by the way, Village Veterinary hospital was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!! Also they did not gouge with high prices and I felt good knowing Jaime wasn't getting charged an arm and leg for his mistake. All in all today when I called to follow up, Jaime decided to back peddle when I informed him that I was in fact still waiting to be refunded for the grooming (minimal compensation I would say for the pain and suffering) Jaime went as far as hanging up on me and refusing to take any accountability. Whatever you do, Do NOT entrust these people with your animal. Fair to mention as well I tried to find them on BBB and they are not registered. I would be curious to find out more about their insurance and licensing too. Lesson learned to always listen to your gut, I should have walked out the minute I walked in. I will be only using SYDNEES pet grooming and you better believe I will tell anyone and everyone I ever meet with a pet about this experience.

It may not be the most up to date building, but they do a great job at a great price. I can walk in anytime and they will take my cat for a nail trim. So glad I found them.

I took my two puppies to Cathy's, and they were able to give them a bath and get them all ready for the holidays. Their prices are more than reasonable and Jaime is very nice and professional! Highly recommend!
