Seems like all the machines were pretty much not working.And they do not have good games. Chuck e cheese, just seems Worse every time.

I was here with my son on 1/14/24 and this woman got up in an employees face and just started yelling at her after the employee had told her nicely to not eat the outside food they brought in. After the woman was done screaming and yelling the employee calmly walked away. However, no action was taken against the people who brought the outside food in and a total failure on the GM. Dissapointed that a GM would allow this to happpen in their store and to their employee who works so hard for them so they dont have to be screamed in the face.

Very fun family time. Wife, I, and our kids have so much fun. Great salad bar and great pizza. Please bring back some of the games you used to have and please link the racing games back up so we can race each other. If we every have a few hours to kill and are in the area, this is always our place of choice!Parking: Always lots of parkingKid-friendliness: The staff is always friendly and always checks to make sure kids and parents stamps match up before letting you leave with children

Terrific place for birthday party! Came back after 5 years for Leon's 6th Birthday!!!! The place has been remodeled and no more paper tickets. It did confuse Leon slightly. But once explained they are saved on his wrist band they gave him he got it! Totally loved the place! Oh and the pizza was great also, ha ha. Our assigned party helper was so great. Guided the kids through a few songs and dance and helped with everything.

Management is horrible they don’t care about her guest. Service is also bad not once but twice we asked to change the fountain drinks because only two worked and the rest were all watered down. We asked for jalapeños on the pizzas and Sarah claimed that we didn’t, when the receipts show otherwise. If possible I wouldn’t even leave 1 star. Don’t come here for your kids birthday.

It’s very clean, all but one game was working when we went. Pizza is surprisingly good but the salad bar is lacking compared to some other places.

This is not the Chuck E. Cheese of my youth. It is so much better! My kid, and the other kids at the party, had such a great time. The facility is cleaner and the staff is more enthusiastic than other locations.

Horrible customer service, we have been going here for years, lately we have been there for 2 to 4 hours, and chuckE will not even come out once. We are not allowed to bring healthy food, had so many issues with one of the managers, and no one did anything about it. They discriminate, are rude, etc. I might go back just because my kid loves that place, but I Hate it.......

Really bad service waited an hour for our food, some games were not working, and they never let the kids get their prizes bad service for a fundraiser night . If they knew they were going to have a lot of kids and people for the fundraiser event why weren’t they prepared enough?! Not enough employees helping out and bathrooms were closed. Everyone was upset and complaining! Never had we experienced this before and kids went home empty handed they were all excited to receive their prizes and went home with nothing what a waste of money and time! Kids went home crying upset!
