Just want to comment in here how amazing Robert Kelly is. He is the most patient and courteous banker ever. He was so helpful and patient with aunt who is elderly and has trouble with 'new technology'. This world needs more people like Robert. Thank you Citibank and thank you Robert for all your help.

I've been a Citibank customer for over 20 years. They have been slowly closing their branches over the last 5 years doing all their business online. I applied for a new cash back card online. I had to go out of town on business and Citibank tried to call me twice to verify additional information while I was flying. My credit is close to 800, so that is not the issue. I called 6 different numbers and couldn't connect to the right person. I went to the local branch and was told there was nothing they could do. I finally talked to someone who said it was their policy to only call twice and you have to start over again. I think customer satisfaction is a thing of the past at Citibank.

I was having issues with a promotion I signed up for a couple months ago. I spent a couple hours trying to talk to customer service on the phone to no avail and I was incredibly frustrated, so I drove to this branch ready to close my account. Vilma helped me resolve it in mere minutes with no issue. Citibank's phone customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, but the help I got at this branch was so much better.

Terrible service all around, by phone or in person. I called this branch to ask what documents I needed to open an account. They told me a list and told me to go to the branch. When I got there, Mayte, a bank teller, rudely told me I actually needed an appointment to be seen because they were too busy. Mayte kept giving me attitude, and she lied about their availability, until Rob, the one who works on those types of accounts, said they had something open for that same day. I came back for the appointment, worked on the application, and was told I'd hear back the next day by noon and Rob would call me back. The next day happens, and it turns out that it was his day off. So I call again the next day after, and they tell me that I didn't need to speak to Rob after all, but they rudely tell me they can't give me any more info. I tried to call the corporate phone for an answer, but they just did a cold-transfer to the branch. Every time I call Citibank, no matter on what number, I get as much attitude as the previous rep. I'm surprised Citibank has such crappy customer service. I bank with them, paying higher than normal monthly fees, expecting basic respect, but I get nothing but attitude every time I try to interact with this company. I could have the same if not better service at a free local credit union, so I am definitely closing all my accounts at Citibank. Shame on you.

ATM is constantly down. Bank hours are ridiculous. Staff are mostly idiots, who could care less about other people's time. Especially when a client has to interrupt his or her workday to make a menial transaction. I will can these yahoos promptly.

Amazing experience at this branch, Branch manager Robin was so rude it defies the imagination. She was hostile and rude throughout my encounter with her. I said to her that she had treated me in a rude manner. She responded that she had been in banking for 35 years.

Sat for help for 15 minutes while robin was too busy on a personal call... there was one other banking manager vilma that was working But she was busy since she was the only one helping the lobby... the worst part was Robin was very loud in her conversation and you were able to hear everything she was saying she was complaining about how somebody said she was mean I sat in the lobby and wrote this review that's how much time I had while having to deal with Robin being as loud as she was and not worried about anybody in the lobby

I've been to this branch a few times, but yesterday had to deal with a teller for the first time and thought Gustavo was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Had to deposit some large checks from my retirement for a house down payment and asked about expediting the check funds clearing process and he explained the process very well and what they could try to do to speed it up and overall was a good experience.

Came in to close an account. They asked for documents which I didn't have at the moment; fair enough. So I asked for a list. They handwrote it on a post-it. They asked for 2 forms of ID, copy of statement--(they don't have it?) and other documents. I come back with the needed items--lo and behold, they need more documents even though I produced the post-it they gave me as a reference. Of course, they acted as though it was not their fault. They didn't make a mistake asking you for just a short list of items and that you have to waste time going back and forth. (Insert sarcasm) Again, I come back with the documents they asked on the long list--they only checked one ID (despite asking me to come back because I needed 2 forms of ID). So, finally, they issue me a check to close the account, right? NOPE! They took their sweet time just printing out a check! This, even after I tell them I am in a hurry because my time has been wasted going back and forth to this bank for things THEY have forgotten to ask for the first time. I mean, are these employees really given enough know-how to do their jobs? It was like trial and error; and the customer is the one left absolutely bewildered and dissatisfied. I guess what their subconscious is saying is, so what if the customer gets disgruntled, the account is being closed anyway. Good luck with that kind of thinking. The person is not alone in this world, he has family and friends who will need to open up a bank account one of these days. Will Citibank be on the list? Wild guess, anyone?

Closed majority of their locations. They don't allow mobile deposit more thank $1k. Very ridiculous if you think about their mass affluent push. Customer service is normal. The money is not any greener so I'm not impressed.
