Horrific experience. They were supposed to be here supposedly on the 22nd then said the 24th and now telling me the 26th. No call no show for the appointment on the 24th and still unsatisfied and problem not resolved. Did nothing to take care of the customer here and no reason for the cancellation when I called.

The store itself is nice and the staff were efficient. Too bad Cox is getting ridiculously expensive. I've been a customer for almost 4 years but I came in this day to cancel service & return the box. I was within the 10 days of billing, yet was told billing & service were different.🤔 And as such, I owed $135. 😲 I elected to pay the amount to end all association with Cox. A few days later, I got a bill for (get this) $0.02. Yes, 2 cents. Now I've received email notices of this bill. 🤨 Knowing that the prices will again increase next year, I'm glad I got out but this bill is petty nonsense when I paid what I was told was the balance when I canceled.

I called to see if I could come pick up my equipment, the guy was very helpful but then proceeded to lie to me in order to push me to get a higher priced plan, stating that after 50gbs a month I’d be charged 10 more per gigabit
Below I posted a picture of the plan details I was given online from Cox directly, it says it’s got a terabyte and some for the month, no where even remotely near what the guy told me. I know they are trained to try to push you to a higher plans, but lying shouldn’t be part of that training.
I can’t imagine what he’s gonna tell me when I actually pick up my equipment, I can just imagine, I was told the equipment is free, I can see him trying to charge me or some other lie. But we’ll see

Travis was outstanding with his service today. Helped us find the plan that worked best for the family and explained every thoroughly. Helped us set up the account properly and ensured the phone worked.

It took three box replacements and two tech visits at home but my problem was finally rectified after about 3 weeks.

Actually, the first visit it scores a one star, but the second visit a five star. It had to do with the Agent I spoke with. It took two visits to the store to get something done. He was either the manager or assistant manager, that did a great job!

COX IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Their easy connect cable box was NOT easy! Tried to return after wasting 9 hours of my life and they still wanted to charge me. Didn't show up for tech appointments, etc. Total crap service! Can't get a refund basically a scam company! NOT HAPPY!

Always thought it was a pain to have to go into the internet provider store and deal with whatever issue you had but I honestly would much rather do that than deal with the phone support now that is typically overseas. This office is really nice great air conditioner and there's plenty of staff on to 10 to you right away and they have the power to fix your problem. Little inconvenient to have to go in but at least there's a location I can go to that I know I can get stuff done rather than hours of endless back and forth on a phone with a person that can't do anything.
